ObjectiveThe therapeutic effect of sensitive skin syndrome in the treatment group(acupuncture group)and the control group(pimecrolimus group)was observed through the clinical randomized controlled study method,which provided new therapeutic ideas for the clinical treatment of sensitive skin syndrome.MethodsSelecting 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria from the Department of Dermatology,acupuncture and moxibustion in the Guangzhou First Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases in acupuncture treatment group,treating every other day;30 cases in 1%pimecrolone ointment,twice a time,at intervals of 12 hours.At the same time,two groups using of the vitamin E ointment and cold spray therapy,10 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 4 courses.Then through statistical analysis,The efficacy of the two methods was evaluated by two groups of patients with clinical subjective and objective indicators,quality of life score,overall efficacy comparison,Results1.After treatment,the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms score and total points were lower than before,The control group was superior to the treatment group in improving telangiectasia,but There were no statistically significant differences in all other symptoms and total points;2.After treatment,quality of life scores improved in both groups,before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the treatment group and the control group,which means the two methods of treatment of patients have both improved quality of life;3.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.7%,the control group is 93.3%.Indicating that the treatment group and the control group no difference in efficacy,acupuncture alone can also be rubbed with pimecrolimus to achieve the same effect.ConclusionBoth treatments have definite efficacy on facial sensitive skin syndrome,pimecrolimus cream is better than acupuncture therapy in improving cardiovascular expansion,but there was no significant difference in total symptom score and total effective rate between acupuncture group and pimecrolimus group,Therefore,acupuncture therapy for the treatment of sensitive skin syndrome is effective,and non-toxic side effects,in clinical worthy of promotion.
