Purpose:To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined with skin burial needle for the treatment of liver kidney yin deficiency dry eye.Material and method:A total of 92 patients(184 eyes)were collected from January 2016 to December 2017 in the outpatient department of ophthalmology of the Fourth People's Hospital in Shenyang.92patients(184 eyes)were randomly divided into two groups: in to 50cases(100 eyes)treatment group and the other in to 42cases(84 eyes)control group. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture combined with skin embedding therapy, while the control group was treated with artificial tears. After 1 month of observation, the subjective symptoms, tear secretion, tear break-up time and fluorescent staining results were statistically analyzed. Results: 1.After one month of treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.77.It was obviously better than the control group's 73.7,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).2.After one month of treatment, the effects of subjective symptoms(dry, fatigue, foreign body, cauterization)and objective symptoms(tear film rupture time, tear secretion, corneal fluorescein staining)in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. There was no significant improvement in photophobia except subjective symptoms.(P<0.05)3.After one month of treatment, the therapeutic effects of subjective symptoms(dry, fatigue, foreign body, cauterization)and objective symptoms(tear film rupture time, tear discharge, corneal fluorescein staining)in the experimental group and control group were improved compared with those before the experiment. Both groups were effective.(P<0.05)4.After one month of treatment, the scores of subjective symptoms(dry, fatigue, foreign body, photophobia, cauterization)in the experimental group and the control group before treatment, and the objective symptoms(tear film rupture time, tear secretion)in the experimental group and the control group before treatment,There was no significant difference in corneal fluorescein staining(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Artificial tears and acupuncture combined with skin embedding therapy in the treatment of dry eye can improved the subjective symptoms and objective indexes of the patients.Andthe effect of acupuncture combined with skin embedding therapy is obviously better than that of artificial tear group.
