At present,the quality of both traditional Chinese medicine and chemical medicine are controlled by Standard substances and controls in the process of quality control.Chinese medicinal herbs are also identified by them.However,as the important material of clinical use,Chinese herbal pieces is now controlled by the the control herbs.Due to the difference between the quality of the crude and processed,and the quality of Chinese herbal pieces is differ from medicinal materials,so and the accuracy of the quality of the Chinese herbal pieces was dubious.In order to control the quality of the Chinese herbal pieces in a more accurate and comprehensive way,the standard reference materials(which is called "standard pieces")should be prepared.Therefore,this paper takestook Rhizoma Atractylodis as the research object,studied the preparation of technical specification and quality evaluation of the standard material called "Rhizoma Atractylodis standard pieces ",in order to provide the Chinese herbal pieces quality control accuracy,and strong specificity of standard substances.In order to provide accurate and specificity standard material of Rhizoma Atractylodis pieces.Atractylodes lancea including Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC.and Atractylodes Chinensis Koidz.Rhizoma Atractylodis lanceae called Atractylodes lancea,Atractylodes lancea is mainly produced in Jiangsu,Henan,Hubei and other places,Atractylodes Chinensis is mainly produced in Hebei,Shanxi,and so on.Raw and bran fried RhizomaAtractylodis are clinical commonly used medicine.This paper mainly studied raw and bran fried Rhizoma Atractylodis as the research object in this topic.Through studying literature and the research of origin,we choosed Hubei Yingshan as the herbal medicines collecting zone of Rhizoma Atractylodis,Inner Mongolia and Liaoning as the herbal medicines collecting zone of north of rhizoma atractylodis.In order to determine preparative technique of Rhizoma Atractylodis standard pieces.Powder particle size,uniformity and environmental stability were the investigation indexes.The effects of different models,speed and sieve on the quality of the shrimp were analyzed.The final technology of the standard pieces was determined by using the FRITSCH pulverisette 14 variable speed high speed rotary grinder with a mesh diameter of 1.0 mm,6000 r·min-1 speed pulverization,mixing.This technology has the advantages of stable quality,easy operation and low loss.On the basis of the determination of the preparative technique,the quality evaluation of the standard pieces of Rhizoma Atractylodis,Rhizoma Atractylodis and its bran were studied.According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition),water,ash and packaging and storage conditions were detected.On this basis,the HPLC and GC characteristic spectrum were also studied.Through the establishment and comparison of Atractylodes and bran fried HPLC patterns,he found that crude No.1peak(8.80 min)area to peak 2(11.56 min)peak area ratio has greater than 1,and fried with bran A1/A2 is less than or equal to 1.The results showed that the characteristics were consistent with that of Atractylis lancea and A.chinensis.also the results were stable and could be used as the important identification characteristics of raw and fried Atractylodes Rhizome.Compared with the GC characteristic spectrum,there was no significant difference between the map Atractylodis Lancea Bran Friedbefore and after,and no specific identification characteristics were found.Finally,we established the quality standard of four kinds standard pieces of Atractylodes Rhizome and bran fried,A.chinensis and bran fried.It can be seen from the HPLC characteristic spectrum that the content of No.4(31.0 min)and No.7 peaks(41.6 min)in A.chinensis were significantly higher than Atractylis lancea,The peak area of No.4,which has a larger peak area in A.chinensis,was lower than the detection limit in Atractylis lancea,and the No.7 peak area was about 4 times as much as Atractylis lancea,and the difference was significant.According to statistics,Atractylis lancea peak 9(49.89 min)and peak 7(41.67min)area ratio is more than 2,while in A.chinensis is less than 2.It was found that the components of volatile oil from Atractylis lancea and A.chinensis were significantly different through GC,The peak area of 1~5(7.4~10.6 min)of all peaks was significantly greater than Atractylodes Rhizome.The peak area ratio A4/A7 was less than 1 in Atractylis lancea,while that of A4/A7 was greater than 7 in A.chinensis.Similarly,A9/A15 and A10/A15 are greater than 6 in Atractylis lancea,but were less than 1in A.chinensis.The characteristics are obvious,and the trend is stable,which can be used as the identification of the characteristics of Atractylis lancea and A.chinensis.In this study,we determined the technical specification for the preparation of standard pieces,This paper studies the quality of raw and bran fried Rhizoma Aractylodis by using the analysis technology,and forms the corresponding quality standard draft.The results of this project will fill the blank in the process of quality control,and provide a new method for more accurate and comprehensive control of the quality of the Chinese Traditional Medicine decoction pieces.
