The Clinical Therapeutic Effect Of Acupoint Catgut-embedding Therapy In Treating Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands And PRL

Objective::Observation acupoint catgut-embedding therapy treatment of HMG clinical symptoms and the influence of PRL level, provide new and effective way for clinical treatment of HMG and the feasibility of the scheme.Methods: In 44 patients conforming HMG, the random number table is divided into ordinary acupuncture control group and acupoint catgut-embedding treatment group, 22 cases in each group. To observed and compared the total effect and the symptoms-score between two groups before and after treatment,And sex hormones before and after treatment in the six numerical change of PRL.using SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis.Results:(1)After treatment in two group total effective rate were 95.45%,90.90%, two groups total effective rate is no statistical difference(P > 0.05),shows that two groups of treatment of HMG is valid;(2)Two groups of breast pain, menstrual abnormalities, mood changes,comparison of blood stasis before and after the change itself and comparison between the two groups after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05),the two groups all have curative effect, and the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group;(3)Two groups in terms of PRL itself before and after comparison andcomparison between the two groups after treatment had significant difference(P < 0.05), the two groups all have curative effect, and acupoint catgut-embedding groups quad curative effect is superior to the acupuncture group.Conclusion: Acupoint catgut-embedding therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with HMG, and can effectively improve the levels of the PRL, treatment of HMG is practical and effective method, is worthy of clinical promotion.
