Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Based On Taiyang And Yangming Channel In Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris

Objective: To observe the acupuncture based on taiyang and yangming channel for treating acne vulgaris,comparing the difference follow-up in relapse rate.in order to provide a safe,effective and practical method for the treatment of acne vulgaris,and to maximize the quality of life of patients and study by the acupoint catgut embedding combined with back scraping therapy in clinical practice.Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria as the research objects,who were divided into acupuncture based on Taiyang and Yangming Channel(the treatment group)and Jianghuang Xiaocuo liniment(the control group),30 cases in each group,according to a randomized,controlled clinical trial methodology.Acupoint: DU 14,BL 40,RN 12,RN 10,RN 6,RN 4,ST36,ST 25,LI 11,LI 4,HT 7.Therapy 1 times 2 day,three times a week,two groups are six weeks of treatment.After 3 and 6 week of treatment,observed and recorded the basic situation,compare two groups of treatment effect and the change of the quality of life scale.After one month follow-up observations and relevant indicators to detect,analyzed by spass19.0 system software.Results :Two groups of patients of sex,age,duration and severity of acnewas no significant difference(P>0.05),can comparable.The treatment group dose-effect relationship on acne,with the increase in the number of treatment efficacy gradually accumulate after four weeks;and compared with the concrol group,the treatment group improve the degree of skin lesion in patients with acne,reduce the occurrence of acne number and improve the quality of life were statistically significant(P <0.05);since the treatment group can improve the extent of lesions in patients with acne,reduce the relapse rate in patients with acne,with better long-term outcome,and no adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion: acupuncture based on taiyang and yangming channel can reduce the severity of skin lesions of patients with acne,improve the quality of life of patients with acne,and can greatly reduce the relapse rate in patients with acne.This is suitable for clinical application.
