ObjectiveThis study investigated the typical syndrome manifestations of patients with acne vulgaris,and treated them with acupuncture combined with topical adapalene gel versus a control group with adapalene gel combined with oral isotretinoin soft capsules.The results of the indicators were used for correlation analysis to objectively evaluate the efficacy and provide a more effective,safe and reliable treatment method for the treatment of hot and humid acne vulgaris,and lay a foundation for further acupuncture treatment.MethodsA total of 60 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were selected from April2017 to January 2018 in the Department of Rheumatology Ward and Outpatient Department,Acupuncture and Moxibustion Ward and Outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(separated aconite cake moxibustion Dumai Meridian combined with acupuncture group)and control group(moxibustion combined with acupuncture group),with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated 3 courses,6 days after continuous treatment and rest one day,this is a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patients were respectively scored on TCM symptoms and signs grading scale,visual analogue score(VAS),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI),Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis functional index(BASFI),Sleep Status Self-rating Scale(SRSS).After completing the data collection and finishing work,we use SPSS22.0 software to do statistical analysis.Resultshis study,60 cases of acne vulgaris patients whose face and face met the study criteria were included.Randomized controlled study was used to randomlydivide the patients into a treatment group(acupuncture plus adapalene gel group)and a control group(adapalene gel group plus oral isotretinoin soft gel group),each group 30 cases.Both groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the treatment effects were evaluated between the two groups.Before and after treatment,skin lesions were calculated using GAGS.At the same time,quality of life scores were calculated using the Quality of Life Scale(DLQI).Changes in scores before and after treatment were observed.The rate of elimination of skin lesions and the improvement of DLQI scores were used as criteria for judging clinical efficacy,and data collection and collation was completed.After using SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis of data.ConclusionAcupuncture points combined with topical adapalene gel for the treatment of acne with hot accumulative acne,the results showed that there are good clinical efficacy.The treatment group had significant differences in the control group,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.The therapy can be used to treat both the symptoms and the symptoms.The cure rate is high,the recurrence rate is low,the long-term effect is good,there are no side effects,and the quality of life is improved.The effect in the clinic is satisfactory.It is worth popularizing and applying.
