A Research To Observe The Effect Of "Fuyuan Shujin Decoction" Joint Jaw Pillow Traction On Atlanto-axial Joint Subluxation

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Fuyu Shujiang Decoction combined with jaw pillow traction in the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation.Methods 45 patients with atlanto-axial joint subluxation(September 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital)are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group is treated with Fuyuan Shujin Decoction joint jaw pillow traction,the control group is treated with pure jaw pillow traction.Evaluate and assese the clinical efficacy through the record before and after treatment with NDI index,VAS score,cervical flexion and rotation motion,imaging index(VBLADS,ADI)four indicators.Results(1)Compare the control group with the treatment group before treatment,the NDI index,VAS score,cervical flexion and rotation motion,imaging index(VBLADS,ADI)have no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)Compare the control group with the treatment group after treatment,the NDI index,VAS score are statistically significant(P<0.05),cervical flexion and rotation motion,imaging index(VBLADS,ADI)have no statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)The treatment group and the control group are compared to themselves before and after the treatment,the NDI index,VAS score,cervical flexion and rotation motion,VBLADS are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)The treatment of Fuyuan Shujin Decoction combined with jaw pillow is better than simple treatment of jaw pillow in the relief of neck pain,improve cervical function with atlantoaxial subluxation,(2)Fuyuan Shujin Decoction combined with jaw pillow traction in the atlantoaxial joint subluxation in patients with cervical flexion rotation activity,imaging indications(VBLADS,ADI is lack of evidence to prove clinically significant changes.(3)Fuyuan Shujin Decoction can help relieve the pain of atlantoaxial subluxation.
