Purpose:1.Verify the effectiveness about the fixed-up method manipulation therapy to CSA ofthe atlanto-axial subluxation.2.Using the method of“dynamic colour doppler ultrasonography” to testing of cervicalvertebral artery blood flow variation in section2-1to provide objective basis for diagnosisand treatment of CSA of atlanto-axial subluxation.Method: The60patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control groupfor clinical observation,the treatment group treated using fixed-up therapy,while the patientsof control group treated using manipulation of relax. Did “dynamic colour dopplerultrasonography” before and after a period of treatment(treat10times for a period of treatment)to observation value changes. Two groups of patients were compared, general symptoms ofpretherapy and post-treatment in the group and curative effect between the two groups.Result: Comparing numerical Vp, after the treatment of two groups, vertebral artery(neutral, rotation) of pretherapy and post-treatment. The difference is statistically significantby t test(P <0.01). It illustrates that, the treatment of treatment group reduce the abnormal riseof vertebral artery and vertebral-basilar artery is better than that of control group.Conclusion: The manipulation therapy has exactly curative effect to CSA of theatlanto-axial subluxation. Using the method of “dynamic colour doppler ultrasonography” totesting can provide objective basis for diagnosis and treatment. |
