Acupuncture Combined With Massage In Treatment Of Children Atlanto-axial Joint The Clinical Research Of Subluxation

Objective:This topic with soothing tendon,open channels and collaterals,relieve spasm and pain,reconstructive dislocation for the principle,using the method of acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of children Atlanto-axial joint subluxation.To observe children clinical symptoms and the Northwick Park neckpain scale score,objective evaluation of acupuncture combined with massage therapy the clinical efficacy of atlanto-axial joint subluxation in children and adolescents,provide acupuncture combined with massage therapy to treat the disease curative effect,safe operation of diagnosis and treatment technology.Methods:Select into standard children with 64 cases of atlanto-axial joint subluxation,according to the proportion of 1:1 were randomly divided into two groups,acupuncture combined with massage for the treatment group,the traction treatment group as control group,each group of 32 cases,every other day at a time,three times a week,10 times for a period of treatment;The control group with seat pillow jaws with intermittent traction,traction weight for 1-3 kg,traction for 20 minutes at a time.every other day at a time,three times a week,10 times for a period of treatment.Two period of treatment,follow-up of 3 months.Respective after treatment 1 period,2 period,3 months.Records of adverse events during the course of the research at any time.Using statistical software SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis of the collected data.Results:1.Before the treatment,the treatment group and control group in the gender,age,course of the disease,nosogenesis there was no significant difference(P>0.05)comparable.2.Before treatment,two groups Northwick Park neckpain scale score were no significant diferenee(P>0.05),The two groups had comparability.3.After two course of treatment,two groups of clinical symptoms and the Northwick Park neckpain scale score compared with before treatment,the differences are significant(P<0.05),suggesting both therapy with good clinical curative effect.4.After two course of treatment,treatment group of clinical symptoms and the Northwick Park neckpain scale score compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group in recent curative effect.5.Three months after the treatment,the treatment group of clinical symptoms and the Northwick Park neckpain scale score compared with the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that the long-term curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Two methods of treatment can Treat of children atlanto-axial joint subluxation,but method of acupuncture combined with massage on the recent and forward curative effect is superior to traction therapy.That is the treatment of children atlanto-axial joint subluxation of safe and effective method.
