Clinical Research On Tan Jiaxiang's Academic Experience And Technique Intreating Atlanto Axial Subluxation

Objective:This study will be a comprehensive collation,research and summarize experience in academic origin,academic thinking,clinical experience and health Jia Xiang Tan teacher research and in under the guidance of clinical experience in research and in his academic thought under the guidance of clinical observation of manipulation in the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation.Methods:the collected Jia Xiang Tan teacher all the lecture notes,test case,newspapers,magazines and media interviews,publication of books,with teacher notes,public or private,published an article,such as hospitals management system,establish a set of effective teaching management network system.(4)he believes that the internal core of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)required the use of modern scientific theories to know,the development of traditional Chinese medicine to take the road of industrialization of modern science and forward-looking proposed the revitalization of traditional Chinese medicine in our region is a strategic problem,need to TCM theory of "holistic" theory and modern medical science experiment analysis method to the close contact,he believes in orthopedics research direction method,should insist on combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,inheritance and carry forward the characteristics and advantages of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional,modern multi way,multi discipline,multi professional integrated road,in order to improve the curative effect as orthopedics research major and key research direction.(5)further explore several lumbocrural pain of pathological mechanism and principle of manipulative therapy,makes full use of Gushang wine,plaster and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine theory cures to take orally and TCM treatment means diversity to various bone diseases.(6)old Tan in sub-health prevention,calligraphy and health relationship,how scientific drinking and adhere to the science and health,out of the misunderstanding of health etc.have in-depth study and practice,advocates harmony between man and nature,poor emotional health concept,advocated to achieve the realm of "health"(the best life realm"health,longevity,wisdom and joy,the United States,Germany).(7)under the guidance of old Tan,combined with the author the reinforcement technique for many years of research,drawing on the its in cervical spine manipulative reduction and clinical experience of academic thought,inheritance and innovation to the reinforcement technique combined with improved cervical small angle in sagittal position pulling method for the treatment of posterior atlantoaxial subluxation.Test data show that,by using this method,treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation is better than conventional massage therapy.Advantage of this method is the tension spasm soft tissue releasing effect with Jane,and efficiency,and short of;modified small angle of cervical sagittal pulling method,decreased in patients with fear of manipulative reduction and psychological resistance,increasing reset high efficacy and safety advantages.This method is I "bones,chiropractic song,the
