Research Status Of Post Stroke Fatigue

With the aging of our population and the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease prevention ineffective,the survival of the population is growing rapidly.Although thrombolysis,intervention and drug therapy in acute cerebral infarction reduce patient mortality,treatment of neuropsychiatric complications after stroke is often overlooked.Post-stroke fatigue was initially raised by foreign scholars and was gradually attached to a stroke-related problem by domestic and foreign scholars,which affected many survivors of stroke as a disabling and persistent symptom.Post-stroke fatigue is associated with a number of factors,pathophysiology is not entirely clear,and the lack of optimal control measures.This review summarizes the current research situation of post-stroke fatigue in recent years,and aims to improve the clinician's understanding of post-stroke fatigue.
