Objective:On the basis of the evaluation of perceived leadership behavior,peer support and job satisfaction,the relationship between the head nurses' leadership behavior,the support of nurses and nurses' job satisfaction and so on were discussed in three aspects.To seek effective ways to improve nurses' job satisfaction and reduce the turnover rate of nurses;promote physical and mental health of nurses,enhance nurse colleague support data and provide certain theoretical basis;to provide reference for hospital nursing management in the management of nursing human resources.Methods:This study is a non-experimentally research,using convenience sampling method,selecting nurse of nursing age over 1 year(excluding the head nurse)from 4 certain grade 3 A-level comprehensive hospital as the research object.The research instruments have general situation questionnaire,The PM Questionnaire,Support Scale of Colleague and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire.The data collected was analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results:(1)The mean score of the PM Questionnaire,Support Scale of Colleague and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire were 88.98± 10.00,51.90±16.50,82.78±12.08.(2)There were differences in nurses' perception of leadership behavior with different departments(p<0.01).There were differences in nurses' peer support with different degree of ages,education,departments or work income(p<0.05).There were differences in nurses job satisfaction with different ages,marital status,working times,departments or work income(p<0.05).(3)The total level of head nurse leadership behavior was negative correlated with the total level of peer support(p<0.01),and had significant positively correlation with job satisfaction(p<0.01).The total level of peer support was negative correlated with the total level of job satisfaction(p<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The nurse leadership support has a role in promoting the nurse peer support,help to improve job satisfaction;peer support can alleviate the pressure of nurses in a certain extent,so as to improve the satisfaction degree of nurses on the job.(2)The nurse of the hospital nurse leadership made a high rating,made a general evaluation of nurses among nurse colleague support,suggesting that the leadership behavior needs to be improved,the level of peer support need to be improved.(3)Nursing managers can improve the job satisfaction of nurses from the perspective of improving the support level of the nurses.
