Efficacy Observation Of Xianlinggubao Capsules Combined With Diane 35 On Osteopenia Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome With Deficiency Of Kidney And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe and study the influence of osteopenia with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and the improvement of the kidney essence deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with the treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine XianLingGuBao capsules combined with Diane 35.Improve the quality of life in Patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.Methods:58 Patients were selected for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and diagnosed with osteopenia,and with traditional Chinese medicine kidney essence deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.According to the Principle of random,these patients were devided into two Parts,the observation group and the control group.The observation group haven taken XianLingGuBao capsules combined with Diane 35 orally,while the control group haven taken olive oil combined with Diane 35 orally.3 months was 1 course.We observed 2 courses.Observe the treatment for 3 and 6 months.Clinical effect evaluation index included Traditional Chinese Medcine symptoms,bone mineral density(BMD),serum bone metabolic markers(PINP,p-crosslaPs,N-MID),serum sex hormone(T,FSH,LH)and metabolic disturbance related to insulin resistance(fasting glucose,FINS).Results:1.After 3 months of treatment,the observation group had improved osteopenia clinical symptoms in irregular menses(P<0.05),soreness and weakness of waist and knees(P<0.05),squamous and dry skin(P<0.05),fatigue(P<0.05),and had no improvement of the symptoms in dizzy(P>0.05)and tinnitus(P>0.05).The control group had improved osteopenia clinical symptoms in irregular menses(P<0.05),fatigue(P<0.05)and had no improvement of the symptoms in dizzy(P>0.05),soreness and weakness of waist and knees(P>0.05),squamous and dry skin(P>0.05)and tinnitus(P>0.05).After the treatment,the results of bone mineral density showed no statistically difference with before(P>0.05).3 months after treatment,the serum PINP,N-MID values shown an increase and the serum?-crosslaps shown a reduced.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,testosterone was significantly reduced and the radio of LH/FSH was also decreased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,insulin resistance index was significantly reduced.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 6 months of treatment,the observation group had improved osteopenia clinical symptoms in irregular menses(P<0.05),soreness and weakness of waist and knees(P<0.05),squamous and dry skin(P<0.05),fatigue(P<0.05),dizzy(P<0.05)and tinnitus(P<0.05).The control group had improved osteopenia clinical symptoms in irregular menses(P<0.05),fatigue(P<0.05),dizzy(P<0.05)and tinnitus(P<0.05)and had no improvement of the symptoms in soreness and weakness of waist and knees(P>0.05),squamous and dry skin(P>0.05).After the treatment,the results of bone mineral density showed apparently difference with before and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after treatment,the serum PINP,N-MID values shown an increase and the serum ?-crosslaps shown a reduced.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,testosterone was significantly reduced and the radio of LH/FSH was also significantly decreased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,insulin resistance index was significantly reduced.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:XianLingGuBao capsules combined with Diane 35 can effectively delay osteopenia of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome with deficiency of kidney and blood stasis,and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.Compared with 3 months after treatment of XianLingGuBao capsules combined with Diane 35,6 months after treatment can effectively improve the individual clinical symptoms,relieve irregular menses,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,squamous and dry skin,fatigue,dizzy and tinnitus.Also the treatment can significantly improve bone mineral density.
