Clinical Observation On Wen Du Hua Yu Recipe In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Kidney Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Wen Du Hua Yu Recipe on polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis.On the basis of warming the kidney and removing blood stasis,emphasize the method of warming and dredging the governor’s pulse.To enrich TCM’s understanding of this disease and to expand the clinical idea of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 60 patients with kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis type PCOS were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group treated with Wen Du Hua Yu Recipe,and the control group treated with Huanshao capsule,with 30 cases in each group for 3 month.Observing the TCM syndrome score,BMI and sex hormone indexes of the two groups before treatment and after three month treatment,and comparing the curative effects of the two groups.Results:(1)The comprehensive curative effect: the total effective rate of the experimental group(75.1%)was significantly different from the control group(51.72%)(P < 0.05);(2)The effective rate of TCM syndrome: the experimental group(96.43%)was significantly different from the control group(79.31%)(P<0.01);(3)TCM syndrome score: two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.01);(4)BMI:the experimental group can significantly improve the BMI(P<0.01),and the effect is better than the control group(P<0.05);(5)Hormone levels: both groups can significantly improve the levels of LH and LH/FSH(P<0.01),and the experimental group has more advantages than the control group in improving LH(P<0.05).The experimental group can reduce T(P<0.01),but the control group has no significant improvement in T(P>0.05).The experimental group and the control group have no significant effect in improving FSH and E2(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wendu Huayu Recipe can significantly ease the clinical symptoms of PCOS patients with kidney yang deficiency and blood stasis,improve the BMI,adjust the levels of LH and T,which shows that there is a correlation between Dumai and the occurrence and development of this disease.Wentong Dumai has a therapeutic effect on this disease,and provides new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of this syndrome.
