| Objective:Using Xuebijing injection combined with conventional therapy to treat pneumonia after renal transplantation(syndrome of TCM is Phlegm-heat clip stasis obstructing Lung),compared with the conventional treatment group,observe the related inflammation index,cellular immune,blood coagulation function,renal function,and the change of quality of life between two groups before and after treatment,to explore the auxiliary therapy effect of Xuebijing injection on pneumonia after renal transplantationMethods:From July 2015 to January 2017,collecting 42 patients admitted to respiratory and critical care medicine,stem cell therapy and urinary surgery three categories inpatient apartment in Fuzhou general hospital of Nanjing military region who met the inclusion criteria of pneumonia after renal transplantation,according to random number table-to divided them into two groups,the control.group is composed of 22 patients,and treatment group 20 patients.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy including anti-infection and controlling oxygen cure,spasmolysis,phlegm to smooth wheezing and so on,but in treatment group,patients were also given Xuebijing injection(tianjin red sun pharmaceutical co.,LTD.)by 50 ml + NS 100 ml static drop twice daily,with 7days of course of treatment.During before the start of the treatment(D0),the third day of post treatment(D3)and the seventh day(D7),detecting peripheral blood white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil ratio(NE%),lymphocyte count(LY),calcitonin(PCT)and c-reactive protein(CRP),D-dimer,platelet count(PLT),fibrinogen(Fib),activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),serum creatinine(SCR),urea nitrogen(BUN)and APACHEII scores for two groups,and form D0 to D7,detecting two groups in peripheral blood CD3,CD4,CDs and CD4/CDs.All data were analysed with SPSS20.0 statistical software.Result:1.There had no statistical significance(P>0.05)for general information,the WBC,NE%,LY,PCT and CRP,D-dimer,PLT and Fib,APTT,PT,SCR,BUN,CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CDs and APACHEII score in two group of patients before the treatment.2.The D3 experimental group WBC,NE%,PCT,CRP,SCR,BUN,d-dimer,APACHEII scored lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The control group WBC,NE%,PCT,CRP,BUN,d-dimer,APACHEII scored lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,PCT and CRP decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The WBC,NE%,PCT,CRP,SCR,BUN,D-dimer and APACHE?scores between two groups in D7 had declined earlier,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).PCT,CRP,SCR,BUN,D-dimer and APACHEII scores decreased more rapidly by comparing experimental group with control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance(P>0.05)for the difference between LY,PLT and Fib,APTT,PT,CD3,CD4,CDs and CD4/CDs in two groups before and after treatment.3.No matter in the third day of post treatment(D3)and the seventh day(D7),overall efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Xuebijing injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with pneumonia after renal transplantation(syndrome of TCM is Phlegm-heat clip stasis obstructing Lung),and alleviate the inflammation reaction.2.Xuebijing injection for the patients with pneumonia after renal transplantation(syndrome of TCM is Phlegm-heat clip stasis obstructing Lung)can improve abnormality of coagulant function.3.Xuebijing injection can improve renal abnormalities for the patients with pneumonia after renal transplantation(syndrome of TCM is Phlegm-heat clip stasis obstructing Lung).4.Whether Xuebijing injection could enhance the curative effect in the aspect of the cellular immune function for the patients with pneumonia after renal transplantation(syndrome of TCM is Phlegm-heat clip stasis obstructing Lung)is uncertain and further research is needed. |
