Observation Of The Effect Of Nebulized Inhaled Xuebijing On Phlegm-heat And Lung-type Severe Pneumonia

Objective:The purpose of this test is to study the clinical efficacy of nebulized inhaled Xuebijing injection in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia(phlegm-heat and lung syndrome).By dynamically observing the patient's infection indicators,inflammatory factors and other index data,the authors explain The curative effect of treating patients with early severe pneumonia provides a simple,effective and innovative drug administration route for the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia by traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Totally 61 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia(phlegm fever and lung type)and were admitted to the ICU of Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into two groups that there were 27 patients in the control group and 34 patients in the treatment group.According to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia in Chinese Adults(2016)",both groups of patients were given standard western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Xuebijing injection 20ml daily in the morning and evening,continuously inhaled by nebulized for 7 days.After 7 days of treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical signs,and various observation indexes of the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment,and the comparison between the two groups of patients before and after treatment and the comparison between the groups were reached to draw a conclusion.Result:1.Comparing the pre-treatment data(including gender,age,CPIS score,WBC,PCT,PLT,Lac,TNF-?,IL-6,sE-selectin)between the two groups of patients,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the two groups were evenly distributed and comparable.2.By comparing the efficacy scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups,the difference in the data of the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of the treatment group was 91.17%,and the overall efficacy of the control group was 62.96%,suggesting an improvement in the treatment group.The clinical symptoms and signs were significantly better than the control group.3.Comparing the infection indexes of the two groups before and after treatment,the indexes of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in CPIs score,PLT,Se selectin and TNF-? between the two groups(P<0.01),but not in PCT and Lac(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on the western medicine standard treatment of severe pneumonia(phlegm-heat and lung type),the atomized inhaled Xuebijing injection can exert its effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and is absorbed by the respiratory mucosa and directly affects the blood vessels,meridians and viscera Etc.,stimulate the human body's meridian,unblock the meridians of the whole body,make the human body's air conditioner clear,qi and blood reconcile,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the inflammatory response,help control the progress of lung and systemic infection,and atomize the inhalation The effect is rapid,shortening the course of the disease,and to a certain extent,reducing the organ volume load caused by a large amount of intravenous fluid infusion in severe patients.
