The Effect Of Bufei Yishen Ointment On The Stable Stage Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease And Its Combined Risk Factors

Objective:To observe the effect of Bufei Yishen Ointment on the long-term quality of life of patients with stable COPD,and the intervention of risk factors for the progression of the disease,such as coronary heart disease,stroke,hypertension,lung cancer and depression.effect.Methods: The subject randomly divided 120 patients with stable COPD criteria into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group added the self-made Bufei Yishen cream to the hospital on the basis of the routine treatment of western medicine,15 ml each time.Twice a day.The control group added “Jinshuibao Capsule” on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine,3 capsules each time,3 times a day,and the course of medication was 8 weeks.By comparing the acute exacerbation rate of COPD and the risk factors of comorbidities(coronary heart disease,stroke,hypertension,lung cancer,depression,etc.)in the two groups,the number of corresponding cases was counted and inter-group analysis was performed.The follow-up observation time was 1 year.Results:After treatment,the number of acute attacks in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the number of reductions in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CAT questionnaire scores of the two groups were lower than before(P<0.01).The CAT score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mMRC grade of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the lung function was improved,and the two groups were better than before(P<0.05).The treatment group was more obvious than the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the two groups were compared with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with lung cancer: treatment group: 2 cases,control group 3 cases;the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),slow Blocking lung and stroke: 6 cases in the treatment group and 5 cases in the control group,the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with hypertension(treatment group: 17 cases,control group: 28 cases),two There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with coronary heart disease(treatment group: 10 cases,control group: 20 cases).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with depression.(The treatment group: 15 cases,control group: 25 cases)There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bufei Yishen Ointment can improve the long-term quality of life of patients with stable COPD(pulmonary spleen and kidney qi deficiency),reduce the number of acute exacerbations in patients with COPD,and the incidence of risk factors for hypertension,coronary heart disease and depression in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The intervention effect,the intervention effect on lung cancer and stroke disease is not clear.
