Clinical Study On Treatment Of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy With Spleen And Kidney

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Spleen and Kidney in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,and to further explore the discovery of idiopathic membranous nephropathy in Chinese medicine treatment program,so as to guide and apply to clinical.Methods: 43 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group(21 cases)was treated with conventional western medicine alone.The treatment group(22cases)spleen and kidney method for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Western medicine routine treatment,for 8 weeks of clinical observation,respectively,urine protein quantitative,serum albumin and other laboratory indicators,symptom improvement,TCM syndrome and safety indicators To observe and evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,and to observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the treatment of this disease.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.9%,the total effective rate of the control group was 42.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(2)At 4 weeks of treatment,Urine protein was reduced,serum albumin has improved,but the statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant;at 8 weeks of treatment,the treatment group decreased significantly urinary protein,serum albumin was significantly increased,and with the control Group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P <0.05).The serum value of cholesterol and triglyceride in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group The changes of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the control group and the experimental group were all higher than0.05 before and after treatment,the difference was not statisticallysignificant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),4 weeks,8 weeks between the two groups,Pvalues were <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the control group and the treatment group at 8 weeks of treatment compared P <0.05.Conclusion: 1,spleen and kidney treatment of idiopathic membranous kidney disease spleen and kidney qi deficiency can improve and alleviate the symptoms,the clinical efficacy is more accurate.2,spleen and kidney treatment of idiopathic membranous kidney disease spleen and kidney qi deficiency in reducing proteinuria,improve serum albumin,improve lipid metabolism has obvious results and advantages.
