Jianshen Tablets In The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerular Nephritis, Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Its Effect On The Pathological Changes Of Membranous Nephropathy In Rats

Based on the clinical experience and the recipe of Professor Zou Yunxiang's, Jiangshen tablet (JST) is made from Chinese herbal medicine with the researches of Professor Zou Yanqing and Professor Wang Gang's. This subject revealed that the method of reinforcing Spleen and invigorating Kidney and replenishing Qi was the basic principle of treating hoth Spleen Qi and Kidney Qi deficiency syndrome in chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) ,while both Spleen Qi and kidney Qi deficiency was the main pathological mechanism of early-tage CGN, studied the curative effect of JST in preventing and treating CGN and discussed its mech- anism clinically and experimentally. Clinical Study. Objective : Observe the clinical curative effect of JST in treat- ing patients of both Spleen Qi and kidney Qi deficiency syndrome in CGN.
