Public ownership hospitals are the main part of Chinese medicine service system and the key way of solving the problem on the difficulty of getting medical service.In July 2014,the state council puts forward deepening the reform of the medical and healthy system and accelerating the public ownership hospitals.50%of public ownership town hospitals in China will make experiments under the suitable scale.This paper takes the Xuzhou railway hospital as an example,analyzes its SWOT and makes some suggestions.This paper includes main contents as following:the first chapter introduces the topic backgrounds and meaning,literature review,research purpose and methods and its creativity and inadequacy;the second chapter explains relative concepts and theories;the third chapter introduces the evolution of the reform of the public ownership hospitals and the typical models of Chinese and foreign hospitals;the fourth chapter analyzes the national policy of the reform of health and public ownership hospital system,makes out the importance and direction of the reform of the public ownership hospitals and reveals the effects of the national policy and the problems of the pilots;the fifth chapter analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the Xuzhou railway hospital.Based on it this paper gives the reform strategy as an reference;the sixth chapter summarizes the problems and purposes of public ownership hospitals,discusses the value of popularizing the experiences of the Xuzhou railway hospital and puts forward some suggestions of promoting the reform of it.
