Teacher-student Publish to the society in 2009, the central committee of the communist party of China and the state council "about the opinions of the deepening medical and health system reform" opened the prelude of the reform, also marks the medical and health undertakings into the deep transformation period in our country. To this day, the "new medical reform" has been implement nearly six years.But we can see that the "difficulties and high expense in medical care" problem is still exists, and the doctor-patient contradiction is still acute. Personnel who are the important part of the public hospital medical is the key of the reform. How to fully arouse the enthusiasm of their work, improve medical service quality, further improve the doctor-patient relationship and form a virtuous circle of this article is to explore an important issue.This article had an understanding of research status quo of public hospital incentive mechanism, through the literature at home and abroad. In this paper, we take the X hospital as an example. Through the way of questionnaire survey we obtained the firsthand material of the hospital. Firstly, combining with related data, we described statistics by using the one-way analysis of variance. We found that the factors such as gender, age, title have significant differences on the satisfaction degree of the staff salary, performance, etc. Then through factor analysis and Logistic regression model, we find the title, the cultural environment, compensation and benefit, performance reform are four influence factors of incentive mechanism. Finally in order to improve the staff job satisfaction, to motivate the staff work,we put forward some suggestions,such as the reasonable salary system reform, to perfect the performance appraisal system, a training system based on career planning and to foster good cultural atmosphere, to build a set of scientific incentive mechanism.
