[Objective]Using the method of combining epidemiological matched case-control study with prospective cohort study, a retrospective analysis of 102 cases of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) complicated with threatened abortion in hospital medical records was studied; According to 1:1 matching pair principle, each case matching a contrast, matched for age (3 years old or less), weight (2 kg or less), nationality and residence, the 102 cases of hospitalized patients without PCOS of threatened abortion were selected as the control group; The study aims to preliminary summarize the epidemiological characteristics, risk factors, clinical characteristics and treatment methods of the PCOS with threatened abortion, explore its cause of disease, effective treatment and preventive measures, and provide relevant theoretical basis for clinical early tocolytic treatment and epidemiology basis for scientific research; And through the review of pregnancy outcomes of two groups after treatment with tocolytic therapy, the study discussed the influences of PCOS women endocrine metabolic disorders in pregnancy, which is of great significance for effective prevention and treatment of obstetric complications and improving mother-infant prognosis.[Method]Through analyzing retrospectively the original medical record data of 102 cases of hospitalized patients with PCOS complicated with threatened abortion and matching the age, weight, nationality and residence of 102 cases of hospitalized patients of threatened abortion(without PCOS) in Chengdu university of TCM affiliated hospital of department of gynecology during January 2013 to June 2015, the corresponding database was established; Using Excel software and SPSS 17.0 statistical software, and using the frequency analysis, cluster analysis and other statistical methods, threatened abortion with PCOS patients'epidemiological characteristics and the distribution of TCM syndrome types were studied; Using the paired t test, both age and body mass index of comparability in case group and control group were analyzed; Using chi-square test or rank-sum test, the relationship between the factors such as maternal history, history of abortion and combined diseases and the onset, and the differences of clinical features such as the main symptom, laboratory examination, treatment and tocolytic ending in the two groups of cases were both analyzed; And through the way of telephone return visit, the situation of patients in the two groups of cases during pregnancy, delivery and the health of the newborn after treatment were investigated and summarized and using the chi-square test, pregnancy outcomes in two groups of cases were analyzed.[Result]1. PCOS with threatened abortion are in the peak age of 25 to 34 years old and the average age is 28.26 years old.2. Spring and summer is the season of the disease.3. BMI of most of PCOS patients with threatened abortion is in the normal range.4. PCOS course is generally in more than one year, their average course is 3.29 years.5. Compared with patients without PCOS, those who had a history of PCOS, no maternal history of ones more easily suffer from threatened abortion.6. Occurrence of threatened abortion in PCOS patients is closely related to hyperinsulinemia.7. In PCOS patients complicated with threatened abortion, spleen and kidney deficiency type is in the majority.8. Combining the life of tire different reactive powder with western medicine to treat PCOS with threatened abortion, curative effect is distinct.9. Compared with threatened abortion patients without PCOS, who had a history of PCOS, increased the proportion of drugs such as HCG, levothyroxine sodium containing and metformin hydrochloride.10. Compared with threatened abortion patients without PCOS, who had a history of PCOS, increased the risk of pregnancy outcomes such as HDCP, GDM and cesarean delivery.[Conclusion]PCOS patients after first pregnancy increases risk of threatened abortion than normal women; Prevention and treatment of PCOS with threatened abortion focus on the treatment of pre-pregnancy, when need actively treat PCOS and PCOS with hyperinsulinemia or insulin resistance; The treatment of PCOS with threatened abortion should focus on combining traditional Chinese with western medicine; The PCOS patients increased the risk of pregnancy outcomes such as HDCP, GDM and cesarean delivery.
