Objective:To analyze retrospectively the clinical information of 302 patients with early-TA. So the valuable reference for clinic was provided to improve the success rate of pregnancy. Methods:Through the Chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of department of gynecology in March 2014 to June 2015,302 cases of TA clinics and 96 cases of hospitalized patients with the same period of normal pregnancy women without symptoms of threatened abortion medical record data were analyzed retrospectively, and establish a database with Microsoft Excel software, use SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical data processing.Results:1. The average age of 302 cases of TA was 30.47 ± 4.65 years in this study, mainly in the age between 29-35 years of age, accounting for 44.04%; more than the best child-bearing age have 193 people, accounting for 63.91%; menopause Week number concentrated in 5-7 weeks, accounting for 70.9%; irregular menstruation of 146 people, accounting for 48.34%, of which 36.3% late menstruation; The TCM kidney type 232 (76.8%).2. The case group and the control group was statistically significant differences in age (P <0.05), and was positively correlated with the incidence of early TA (P<0.05). The two groups over whether the best child-bearing age comparison was statistically significant (P <0.05).3. The two groups differencs in surgical abortion, history of spontaneous abortion, birth order were statistically significant (P<0.05); and the times were positively correlated (P<0.05).4. The difference was significant in the menstrual history (P<0.05).5.Comparison of the two groups was associated concurrent disease, the differences were statistically significant in reproductive system infection, hypothyroidism polycystic ovary syndrome (P<0.05).6. The two groups was statistically significant differences in serum progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin values (P<0.05).7. Multivariate regression analysis showed conditions:maternal age, pregnancy endocrine diseases (hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome), surgical abortion and history of spontaneous abortion, serum ?-HCG and P values for the low value of early TA independent risk factors (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Threatened abortion and the incidence of maternal age has a close relationship, the greater the age, the higher the incidence of early TA; more than the best child-bearing age pregnancy is one of the factors leading to early TA occurred.2. Irregular menstruation is one of the factors in TA, of which the late menstruation majority.3. History of abortion is a risk factor for early TA, with the number of the history of spontaneous abortion, surgical abortion were increase the history of early TA increased incidence.4. Pregnancies related diseases, such as hypothyroidism, polycystic ovary syndrome, reproductive tract infections are factors influence early TA.5. The value of P and ?-HCG low and the incidence of pregnancy TA has closely link.
