ObjectiveThis project aims at study the experimental mechanism of Qingdan Xiere treatment, especially consider gallbladder organs stagnant heat of chronic rhinitis-sinusitis therapy.MethodologyFirst,12 chronic rhinitis-sinusitis patients who met the inclusion criteria are admitted to the group, which are treated by Huashenjituan Biyuanshu oral,3 times a day, one piece at each time for two weeks duration. Contrast the ipsilateral taken before treatment with after treatment in nasal secretions. On the other hand, the same procedure are conducted to 9 healthy control people. Then, detect the expression of nasal bacterial micro flora of each group by utilizing 16SrDNA clone library sequencing analysis. Eventually, obtain the final conclusion after statistical analysis.ResultsBefore patients obtain the medication, the maximum Shannon index is 1.406 and minimum Simpson index is 0.213. After the medication treatment, it turn out that the group's largest Shannon index is 0.453 and minimum Simpson index is 0.103. Considering the healthy subjects group, Shannon index is up to 0.952 and Simpson index is down to 0.15. As a result, the chronic rhinitis-sinusitis patients contain more nasal flora diversity than normal people. However, it will be largely reduced after oral treatment of Biyuanshu, even lower than the healthy groups.Patients without medication group flora structure Staphylococcaceae accounted 67.53%, Enterobacteriaceae accounted for 22.34%, Streptococcaceae accounted for 5.87%, Pseudomonadaceae accounted for 0.91%, Oxalobacteraceae accounted for 0.28%, Xanthomonadaceae accounted for 0.21%. Patients already taking the ratio of Enterobacteriaceae group bacteria accounted for 95.28%, Staphylococcaceae accounted for 3.24%, Streptococcaceae accounted for 0.93%, and the remaining 0.1% did not reach the bacteria. Healthy normal flora proportion Staphylococcaceae group accounted for 96.12%, Enterobacteriaceae accounted for 0.85%, Streptococcaceae accounted for 0.51%, and the remaining 0.1% did not reach the bacteria.Conclusion:1. Comparing with healthy subjects, chronic rhinitis-sinusitis patients have higher nasal flora diversity, as well as different propositions of flora. However, the common thing is that the dominant bacteria are Staphylococcaceae. As a result, it is reasonable to speculate that chronic rhinitis-sinusitis is caused by onset condition bacteria.2. After oral treatment by taking Bishuyan, the diversity of flora for chronic sinusitis patients are largely decreased. Meanwhile, families and genera dominant bacteria changed. Presumably Biyuanshu oral treatment of chronic rhinitis-sinusitis is to change the mechanism of the nasal cavity environment, adjust the structure of the nasal flora and inhibit the growth of pathogenic conditions.
