Objective This project aims at study on change of the Lux S/AI-2,quorum sensing systerm of bacterial biofilm before and afterusing the treatment of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid to“stagnated heat of gallbladder ”type Chronic nasal sinusitis patients.Methodology Select 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria(36 patients in chengdu,36 patients in chongqing yongchuan)and 20 cases of healthy person(10 cases in Chengdu,10 cases in Chongqing Yongchuan).Treat the patients with Biyuanshu Oral Liquid,3 times a day,one piece at each time for two weeks.Constrast the changes of Lux S/AI-2 channel to informing the biofilm detected by Harveyi Vibrio BB170,RT-PCR.Using the ELISA to contrast the SIg A taken from tipsilateral middle nasal meatus nasal.Finally,obtain the result after analysing statistics.Result(1)Before the treatment,the patients with predominant strain,Staphylococcus epidermidis,which inform the nasal bacteria biofilm reached 73.6%,after the treatment it was 33%.(2)The structure of nasal strain was more stable after the treatment,strain diversity decreased,and the in-pathogenic strains of nasal proportion increased.(3)After the treatment,while anlysing the Lux S/AI-2 pathway of formation of the bacterial biofilm.The expression of Lux S Gene decreased,the activity of biological signal AI-2 decreased,the peak duration was short.And even there was no biofilm formation in some patients.(4)The nasal secretion SIg A in patients in both two area were higher than no normal person.There was significant difference between the two(t=3.863,p=0.003<0.01).There was no difference between the Chengdu patients and Yong chuan patients(P=0.095>0.05)and the normal ones(P=0.592>0.05).There exci st difference in the same area before and after treanment(PChengdu=0.04432<0.05,PYongchuan=0.00406<0.050).Conclusion(1)After the treatment of Biyuanshu,the function of nasal mucosa in CRS patients' was improved,bacteria living environment changes,adjust the nasal strain proportion,strain diversity decreased.(2)Biyuanshu oral liquid inhibited conditional pathogenic bacteria,decrease the expression of Lux S,inhibiting the Lux S/AI-2 pathway and QS quorum sensing system,antagonism of bacteria biofilm information.
