| Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of the postoperation of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid with anal pendant expansion by taking traditional chinese medicine of san ren tang jia wei fang. Methods:60 cases of he postoperation patients of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid with anal pendant expansion were randomly divided into the treatmentgroup of taking traditional chinese medicine of san ren tang jia wei fang in30 casesandcontrol groupin 30 cases,observation and detailed record of two groups of clinical symptoms and signs of change,compared the effect of two groups,treatment and other correlation difference index.Results:Comparison of clinical effects of the treatmentgroup and the control group after the treatment,the treatment group was better than control group (p<0.05). according to compare the degree of anal pendant expansion and pain and the defecation,is found in the treatment group was better than the control group.The disppear time of anal pendant expansion and the total effective rate of the therapy were analyzed statistically compared between the groups,there was significant difference(p<0.05).Conclusion:The treating of taking traditional chinese medicine of san ren tang jia wei fang have a good curative effect in remission the postoperation of the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid with anal pendant expansion. |
