Study On The Treatment Of Primary Anal Pruritus With Nerve Ending Amputation Combined With Tradition Chinese Medicine Fumigation

[Objective] : Primary anal pruritus is a common clinical disease,the common symptom is crissal repetitive itching,such as the worm to climb,ants,insect bites,fire burning,often in the evening or after high temperature,feed acrimony,excitant food after the illness is aggravating,result in patients afflicted with,indigestion,laid plaits,serious impact on the patient's sleep and rest,to a great of the patient's life.By studying the clinical effect of nerve ending amputation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on patients with primary anal pruritus,a safe and effective treatment method was found for patients with anal pruritus to effectively improve the quality of life of patients,so as to guide clinical treatment.[Methods] :Sixty patients with primary anal pruritus who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group by parallel control randomization,with a ratio of 1:1,30 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with nerve endings amputation under local anesthesia.After surgery,they were given sitz bath of traditional Chinese medicine for about 30 minutes every day.During dressing change,they were given incision extrusion and a small amount of perianal hematocele was excluded.Patients in the control group were treated with paraxone ointment for external application,and external application was performed 2-3 times a day.Wash the anus with warm water before applying the medicine every day.After the anus is cleaned,apply an appropriate amount of the ointment to the affected area and gently massage for 1 minute.Then apply an appropriate amount of the ointment and continue to gently massage in the same way to ensure that the ointment is fully absorbed.In both groups,1 week of treatment was taken as a course of treatment,and the perianal condition and self-perception of the patients were recorded.According to the quantitative scoring criteria after treatment,the symptoms and signs on the 2nd,4th and 7th days after treatment were scored.The observation items were the degree of anal itching,frequency of anal itching,anal moisture and skin lesion area of the patients after treatment,and the patients were followed up 9 months after treatment,and the recurrence rate of the patients was recorded.Collect and sort out relevant data,input it into SPSS23.0 software statistical package for data processing,and get the corresponding results.According to the feedback of the evaluation results,the effect of nerve ending amputation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and perisone ointment in the treatment of primary anal pruritus was judged to be superior or inferior.[Results] :After statistical analysis of the data,the total score of each symptom before and after treatment was compared between the two groups(all P <0.05),indicating that nerve ending incision combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and perisone ointment can both treat primary anal itching,and the clinical symptoms have been improved.In terms of clinical total effective rate,the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the degree of anal itching,the degree of anal itching in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the frequency of anal itching,the frequency of anal itching in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of skin lesion area,(P<0.05),the skin lesion area of patients in the treatment group was significantly smaller than that of the control group.After treatment,the total score of each symptom between the two groups was compared(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the treatment of intractable pruritus anal symptoms.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.[Conclusions] :Nerve ending amputation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can be more effective in the treatment of patients with primary anal itching.All aspects of symptoms of patients with anal itching have been significantly improved to improve the cure rate of patients with low recurrence rate,which is easy for patients to accept and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
