The Clinical Study Of Anal Function Change In Patients With Prolapse Of Hemorrhoids After Anorectal Operation Based On Anorectal Motility Detection

Objective:The study from the subjective and objective level comparison and analysis of selective hemorrhoid on the mucosal resection stapling surgery combined with dentate line preserving small incision external dissection and Milligan Morgan effect on anal function of patients after surgery.Based on the detection of anorectal dynamics circular prolapsed hemorrhoids surgery choice,looking for more advantage in curative effect and protect anal function level,can operation instead of the traditional way of operation for circular prolapsed hemorrhoids patients.Methods:Select 60 patients met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),respectively using selective hemorrhoid on the mucosal resection stapling surgery combined with dentate line preserving small incision external dissection and Milligan Morgan.Observe the two groups of patients after curative effect,wound healing time,subjective index(anal bulge,anal stenosis,anal incontinence)and anorectal dynamics indexes(anal resting pressure,anal maximal systolic blood pressure,mean systolic pressure,length of initial sensory capacity,initial defecation capacity and maximal tolerance)difference.Results:1.The cure rate was 100%in the experimental group and the control group at the end of the 2 months,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.2.In the wound healing time,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group.3.Compared with the control group(P<0.05),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in the degree of anal bulge,anal stenosis and anal incontinence.4.In the detection of anorectal dynamics in 3 months after operation,anal resting pressure,anal maximal systolic blood pressure,mean systolic pressure,initial sensory capacity,initial defecation capacity and maximum tolerance between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,but in the measurement of the length of the anal function,the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Selective resection of superior hemorrhoidal mucosa and nail combined with dentate line preserving small incision external dissection(TST+)and Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy for prolapsed hemorrhoids ring have good therapeutic effect,however,TST+ has more advantages in the postoperative wound healing time and protection of anal function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
