| Purpose:The observation of the clinical efficacy for the detumescene ointment of five Chinese medicines treats the postoperative edema of mixed hemorrhoids.Method:The study selected 60 patients who are fit for the standard of anal edge edema by using the method of random group and matched group. Divide the patients into treating group and matched group randomly. The matched group was treated by external application of 25% Magnesium sulfate sliver, once a day; and the treating group was treated by coating the detumescene ointment of five Chinese medicines, once a day. Fifteen days is a course of treatment. Observe a course of treatment contrastively and record the pain degree of anal edge and the edema area of anal edge of the first day of the treatment and the first day after a course of treatment. Compare the change of clinical index of the two treating methods. Analyze the results with SPSS 19.0.Results:The two groups of patients don’t have otherness in the matter of normal condition and the degree of patients’ condition. There are statistics otherness of comparison of edema integral among the same group. The p value of statistical test is less than 0.05. There are statistical othernesses of comparison of edema integral among the different groups. According to the comparison of the pain degree, the p value of statistical test is less than 0.01. There are statistical othernesses of comparison of edema pain among the different groups. After a treatment, the efficient of the detumescene ointment of five Chinese medicines is better than Magnesium sulfate.Conclusion:The five Chinese medicine paste of detumescene is good for the pain degree of anal edge and the edema area of anal edge after piles operation. |
