| Objective:By observing Six Xiang San acupoint sticking and auricular with comparative clinical efficacy of qi stagnation and blood stasis postherpetic neuralgia, explore Six Xiang San acupoint sticking therapy for qi stagnation and blood stasis of postherpetic neuralgia feasibility and mechanism of action of Chinese medicine treatment of postherpetic neuralgia propose new ideas and methods.Method:Postherpetic neuralgia patients will meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group received Six Xiang San topical Shenque be acupoint application therapy every other day,4 times a week; the control group received auricular acupuncture treatment, bilateral auricular point sticking daily Rouan 3 times for 3 minutes. Two observation period was 4 weeks, at the end of the fourth week of treatment efficacy evaluation, improvement of pain score before and after treatment.Results:Clinical efficacy in this study completed a total of 55 patients in the treatment group,28 patients in the control group of 27 patients. The total effective rate was 92.8% in the control group, the total effective rate was 81.5%, the statistical analysis P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group than the control group. Pain points difference comparison P<0.05, duration of pain points before and after treatment, pain points difference interval comparison P> 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the degree of pain relief, the treatment group before and after treatment gifted However, the duration of pain relief and pain interval, the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference; in the control group.Conclusion:Six Xiang San acupoint sticking to qi stagnation and blood stasis postherpetic neuralgia have a therapeutic effect, can alleviate the pain of patients, is a safe and effective medicine external treatment. |
