The Status Quo And Cognitive Investigation About The Cultural Construction Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Chongqing

objectiveThrough investigation to grasp the current situation of Chinese medicine culture construc tion and the cognition of Chinese medicine culture,to understand the factors that affect the co nstruction of Chinese medicine culture,and explore the people's demand for Chinese medicin e culture,which will provide valuable suggestions for cultural construction of tradi tional Chi nese medicine and promote the cultural development of Chinese medicine in Chongqing.MethodsUsing questionnaire,documentary research and field survey to investigate and analysis the current situation and cognitive of the citizens,staffs of medical and health institutions of traditional Chinese medicine in Chongqing.ResultsThe survey of the medical and health institutions of traditional Chinese medicine Issued of 45 copies of the questionnaire,45 valid questionnaires,the effective recovery rate was 100%;the public issuance of 3500 copies of the questionnaire,2250 valid questionnaires,the effective recovery rate was 64.29%;a total of Chinese medicine institutions staff issued 1100 copies of the questionnaire,702 valid questionnaires,the effective recovery rate was 63.82%.In the status quo of the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture,the organization,principles and unit markings carry out a relatively high proportion in the core cultural soft power construction,the proportion was higher in the hardware environment construction.In the civic awareness in the Chinese medical culture,62.98% civic believed in traditional Chinese medicine and 28.49% civic choose Chinese medicine when they go to your doctor the first time,the proportion is lower than Western Medicine(36.58%).In the reason of traditional Chinese medicine chosen,24.76% civic thought the side effect is less and 89.42% civic thought it is necessary to keep in good health.81.91% hospital staff thought the traditional Chinese medicine culture was taken seriously in hospital and 23.08% hospital staff was very familiar with the concept of traditional Chinese medicine.Lack of talented person troop(44.59%)and facilities(69.09%)were the main problems to publicize traditional Chinese medicine culture.ConclusionThe organization,principles,unit markings and facilities in Chongqing traditional Chinese medical institutions were taken seriously,but the regulation system of behaviors,civic awareness in the Chinese medical culture and propaganda work should be enhanced.In the construction of traditional Chinese medicine culture,cultural quality of traditional Chinese Medicine of staffs of medical and health institutions of traditional Chinese medicine should be improved.We should increase the investment of capital and hardware,and strengthen the construction of the contingent of talents.Related departments should strengthen the construction of core value system of traditional Chinese medicine culture and the propaganda of traditional Chinese Medicine.
