The Study On Thought Of Traditional Chinese Medical Ethics Based On “TCM BOOK” And Its Enlightenment To Culture Construction Of Medical Ethics

In the thousands medical history of Chinese nation,medical ethics always occupies a very important position.Organizing the legacy of our ancient medical ethics,is not only help for the study of medical ethics subject,but also beneficial to promoting the traditional medical ethics culture,building a healthy relationship between doctors and patients,just taking history as a mirror.Our research reviews the typical medical cases that occurred recently,focusing on the hot issues,and then views the current situation of medical ethics in Chinese medical industry.In addition,We also analyze the causes of the unwholesome tendencies in the industry.Further,under the present situation,we study the collection of quotes about traditional medical ethics in "TCM BOOK" through data mining methods,which is commonly used in the study of Chinese ancient books,using are a object other than point one,we summary the main content of traditional medical ethics in China and analyze its basic characteristics.After then,we put forward the enlightenment to the construction of medical ethics culture,making a contribution to the nation medical ethics culture and the current medical reform.Part one The research on the traditional medical ethics and its basic features based on "TCM BOOK" 1.PurposeTo collect the quotes and views about traditional medical ethics in "TCM BOOK",and introduces the classification briefly,so as to analyze the connotations and the basic feature of traditional medical ethics.2.MethodsTwo researchers search the Electronic Version of "TCM BOOK"(Fifth Edition)independently.The main search terms for traditional medical ethics are "benevolence","love","Virtue","honesty" and so on.The retrieval mode is full-text retrieval.We filter and organize the famous medical ethics discourse through the strict criteria of the inclusion and exclusion,and after then an Epidata database of traditional medical ethics was established for subsequent analysis.3.Result and ConclusionWe initially retrieved 140 literatures about 40,000 words.Finally 65 traditional medical ethics were screened out according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion.The results show that,1)the main content of the traditional medical ethics(as follows):(1)the work standards of curing people with mercy and curing the world with devotion;(2)The good atmosphere of doctor-patient trust and doctor-doctor help each other;(3)The moral character of not greedy for money and specificity;(4)The service attitude of care serious and seek truth from facts;(5)The spirit of summarize and innovation;(6)The professionalism of advocating professional loyal to the medical industry;(7)The idea of preventing disease;(8)The learning quality of good ethics and academic.2)The basic feature of the traditional medical ethics:(1)Deeply influenced by Chinese traditional culture;(2)Pay attention to the unity of ethics and medicine,the combination of medical ethics and practice;(3)Medicine should serve the masses;(4)Emphasizing on the moral discipline by themselves.Part two The present situation of medical ethics in medical industry 1.PurposeWe analyze the typical medical events reported by CCTV news network recently,so as to find the disadvantage of ethics construction in present medical industry,and attempt to analyze the causes of the unwholesome tendencies in medical industry.2.MethodsAccording to the literature analysis' s principles,searching the recently typical medical events reported by CCTV news network.The search terms are “medical events”?“Most beautiful doctor”?“medical ethics” and so on.The retrieval mode is content retrieval.We filter and organize various types of medical events for subsequent analysis through the implementation of the inclusion and exclusion criteria.3.Result and ConclusionEventually 7 medical events reported by CCTV news network were screened out according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and analyze the reasons behind every event.Also at the beginning of 2017,a survey of 1000 questionnaires to two military hospitals and two local hospitals in the Xi'an area.According to the survey and interview,there are still many problems in China's construction of medical ethics nowadays:(1)The excessive examination,drug abuse and prominent over-treatment phenomenon;(2)the humanistic care consciousness;(3)the dedication and strong sense of responsibility;(4)The phenomenon of rack one's brains for ingenious devices and take medicine profit occurred.we found that the causes of the unwholesome tendencies in medical industry related to the following 3 aspects:(1)Lack of moral education;(2)Lack of communication and trust between doctors and patients;(3)The contradiction between the need of medical ethics and the doctor's income.Therefore,the medical ethics construction of we Chinese medical industry need promoting urgently.Part three The effects of traditional Chinese medical ethics based on “TCM BOOK” to the current construction of medical ethics 1.PurposeWe study the requirements of medical ethics construction with the background of the new era,and contact the current status of medical ethics,Finally,we exert the enlightenment of traditional medical ethics in ethics culture construction system.2.Result and ConclusionBased on the enlightenment of traditional medical ethics,we propose that we should pay attention to the following three aspects in the following construction of medical ethics culture:(1)The cultivation of benevolence,sincerity to serve to save occupation accomplishment;(2)To build up the light,clean morality;(3)The cultivation of knowledgeable in medicine,diligent tireless attitude,adhere to the spirit of equality;(4)Adhere to the spirit of equality;(5)To strengthen the medical ethics education in medical colleges;(6)The promotion of hospital management ethics level.
