The Clinical Research On The Stability Limits Of Vitiligo By Fire Needle Combined With Moxibustion

Objective:By using RCT to observe the clinical curative effect of the Fire Needle combined with Moxibustion therapy in the treatment of the stability limits of Vitiligo.Methods:There were 70 cases randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, The treatment group was treated by "Fire Needle combined with Moxibustion" method, and the control group was treated by western medicine for external use (Halometasone Cream).The two groups were 3 months for 1 course of treatment; After one course of treatment, effect evaluation was carried out.We evaluated the clinical effect between two groups by the Chloasma and Vitiligo clinical classification and efficacy standards. Compared the change of the skin lesion areas and color before and after the treatment between the two groups,analyze the clinical efficacy through the statistics. The above results were analyzed using SPSS 17.0.Results:1?The baseline of the treatment group and control group were almost uniform distribution, thus the two group were comparable(P?0.05);2?To compare the therapeutic effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were of no significant statistical difference (P>0.05);But the curative rate of treatment group is better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);3?Before and after treatment, two groups of patients with skin lesion area between intergroup comparison are statistically significant difference(P?0.01);4?Before and after treatment, two groups of patients with skin lesion area between intra-group comparison are statistically significant difference(P?0.01);5?In the two groups after treatment in patients with skin pigment integral no significant statistical difference (P>0.05)6?The recurrence rate of skin lesion of the two groups were no significant difference at the end of the treatment after 3months follow-up(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1?The fire needle combined with moxibustion and halometasone cream in the treatment of the stability limits of vitiligo all have good curative effect.2?In the treatment of the stability limits of vitiligo, fire needle combined with moxibustion therapy has a remarkable curative effect on narrowing the lesion area compared with the halometasone cream.3?In the treatment of the stability limits of vitiligo, fire needle combined with moxibustion therapy has a remarkable effect in treatment.It has a large of advantages, for instance,security controllability,cheaper cost,easy and simple to handle,fewer adverse reactions and so on.It is a good alternative to hormone adverse reactions.
