Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure With Yang Deficiency And Water Retention Syndrome With Guiling Wenyang Lishui Decoctio

Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Guiling Wenyang Lishui Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome),so as to provide new ideas and directions for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:Seventy patients in Yueyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The general information of age,course of disease,cardiac function and basic diseases were compared between the two groups.The control group was given basic western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Guiling Wenyang Lishui Decoction treatment every day on the basis of the control group.After continuous treatment for 4 weeks,TCM syndrome score,TCM efficacy judgment,Lee’s heart failure score,N-Terminal pro-brain Natriuretic Peptide(NT-pro BNP),Left ventricular ejection fraction,3-month rehospitalization rate and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment in both groups.And analyze and summarize.Results:(1)TCM symptom score: After treatment,the TCM symptom score in both groups decreased,and the decrease degree in the treatment group was more obvious(P < 0.05).(2)Curative effect of TCM syndrome: the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was 90.32% and 74.19%,respectively,with statistical significance(P <0.05).(3)Lee’s heart failure score:After treatment,the Lee’s heart failure score of the two groups was improved,but it can not be considered that there is a difference in the effective rate of the two treatment methods(P > 0.05).(4)NT-pro BNP: The value of NT-pro BNP in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the improvement degree of the treatment group was more obvious(P <0.05).(5)Left ventricular ejection fraction: after treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction was improved in both groups,especially in the treatment group(P < 0.05).(6)Re-hospitalization rate: the re-hospitalization rates of the treatment group and the control group were 9.68% and 32.26%,respectively,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion : Guiling Wenyang Lishui Decoction can improve the comprehensive clinical efficacy of patients with chronic heart failure(yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome),improve clinical symptoms,reduce NT pro BNP,improve left ventricular ejection fraction and 3-month heart failure rehospitalization rate.It has good safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
