Research On The Perfection Of The Governmental Functions In Fuzhou Rural Environmental Health Management

Rural environmental health management is an important issue that our country faces in the construction of new countryside. This thesis pays close attention to the status quo of the rural environmental pollution and analyzes the caused of it carefully and the problems existing in the functional performance in the government rural environmental health management so as to put forward countermeasures accordingly to perfect the government function and to solve the problem of rural environmental pollution. It not only benefits the protection of rural environment, but also improves the quality of the peasant masses'housing environment, and it also benefits promoting to solve the problems concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, and to push up the rural social economy to develop sustainably, healthily and steadily. The thesis studies the rural environmental health management in Fuzhou, and searches the problems that exist in the Fuzhou government's function performances in the management, and it also brings forward individualized, operable, and feasible measures.
