Objective:Analysis the epidemiological data of pre-hospital emergency in Urumqi, and further analysis the focus year and group (trauma, poisoning), while comparative analysis the different years of pre-hospital emergency resource utilization, reveals the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital care in Urumqi, and former transport mode changes to the utilization of pre-hospital emergency resources. Provide for the development and prevent the pre-hospital common diseases’measures, provide a theoretical scientific basis for reasonable to optimize resources of pre-hospital emergency and explore the suitable pre-hospital emergency mode for the city, Fill the city’s pre-hospital emergency epidemiology blank. Methods:Taking of January2008-October2013statistics from the pre-hospital emergency command center in Urumqi, screened the data, Excluded record important information insufficiency, Complete the remaining records were retrospectively analyzed its structural variables (age, gender, ethnicity, call time and pre-hospital diagnosis, etc.The obtained the data and top few of them focus on the disease spectrum of disease for further statistical analysis, the transport mode change year after year comparative analysis. Results:January2008to October2013in Urumqi120control center received a total of299,835cases of distress, and showed an increasing trend year by year.(1) The top five diseases are diseases of the nervous system disease, traffic injuries, cardiovascular disease, poisoning, trauma except traffic accidents and found the first bit of nervous system diseases.(2) The proportion of men and women of trauma patients about2.29:1, Han significantly more than other ethnic groups, with an average age of41.02±18.28years old,21-50years old for the peak, high incidence of accidents between5to10month. First aid and emergency response time of death in patients compared with non-dead patients long radius. The main causes of injury were traffic accident trauma, falls and wounded.(3) The top five were alcoholism, gas poisoning, poisoning, pesticide poisoning, drug intoxication. Poisoned patients died due to carbon monoxide poisoning topped.(4) Factors in pre-hospital emergency first aid and emergency time17.64±8.79min radius of34.78±38.46km, cannot achieve the desired response time of emergency and first aid radius. Non-pre-hospital emergency task seriously affect the effective use of pre-hospital emergency resources. After changing the mode of transport and emergency first aid emergency response time were shortened radius, can improve emergency resource utilization. Conclusion:Pre-hospital emergency disease spectrum with a more stable characteristics and pre-hospital care has obvious seasonal and time-specific, according to the spectrum of disease and disease-prone time basis, reasonable arrangements for pre-hospital first aid and pre-hospital emergency predilection for diseases such as trauma, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and poisoning of pre-hospital emergency physicians targeted training, and through rational planning emergency routes, reducing the time emergency vehicles arrived at the scene, can effectively improve the success rate of pre-hospital emergency medical treatment. Change transport modes effectively improve the utilization of aid resources, reduce waste pre-hospital emergency resources.
