Objective: This paper analyzed the field investigation of the infectious disease quality report and management work from the year of 2011 to 2015 in Urumqi.Combined with the legal quality evaluation of direct network report of th e infectious diseases by medical institution from the year of 2011 to 2015,this paper learn and master the quality and affecting factors of the legal infectious disease report,which is helpful to further improve the quality of infectious disease report a nd provide a scientific basis for the management level.Methods: Export the legal infectious disease report data of Urumqi from the disease monitoring information report and management system according to the final deadline of 0:00 in January 1st,2011 to 24:00 in December 31 st,2015.And then import statistics to the Excel2007 to analyze the rate of direct report,the rate of the network report,failed to timely report rate,not timely audit rate and so on.According to therelated content and method of the Supervision Plans of the Legal Infectious Disease Report and Management Work in Urumqi(2011-2015 edition)and the principle of the cluster stratified sampling,this paper researches infectious disease report quality and management work of 8 medical institutions in Urumqi.Results: 1.From 2011 to 2015,the rate of direct report and the rate of the network report in Urumqi decreased year by year.The rate of direct report remainsover 80%generally and the rate of the network report declined dramatically since 2014.This city’s comprehensive network rate,timely report rate and timely review rate keep rising year by year and remainabove 95%,which are higher than the national average.2.The failed to report rate of the medical institutions is 1.49% from 2011 to 2015 in Urumqi.It declined to 0.65% in 2015 from 4.96% in 2011,which presents a downward trend in general.The top five failed to report rates are Measles of 20%(3/15),Gonorrhea of 8.70%(2/23),Foot and Mouth disease of 2.21%(10/453),Mumps of 2.06%(9/436)and Chicken Pox of 1.66%(6/361).The results are consistent with other provinces and cities.The difference of the b and c class infectious diseases failed to report rates have statistically significance.The failed to report rate of c class i nfectious disease is higher than b class infectious disease.The timely report rate of infectious disease is 93.9%,and the different rates of different years are statistically significant.It is rising year by year,which is consistent with the data gave by direct network system.And the rate of completing the report card and the accurate rate and the consistent rate are 90.84%,89.35% and 83.51% respectively,which are higher than the national average rate in 2013 and lower than partial provinces and cit ies.3.The author analyzed the affection of infectious disease report quality of the work of all surveyed medical institutions.The results show that there are differences between the hospital grades,the areas,outpatient service logs,admission and disc harge registrations,inspection and so on.4.Conclusion: From 2011 to 2015,direct network rate of infectious diseases in Urumqi increases in general.The timely report rate keep rising.Though great progress was made in filling the report card in recent years,there is still large gap comparing with other provinces and cities.As a result,we should strengthen the management of infectious disease report of medical institutions,establish effective system,strengthen the consciousness of medical staff to ma ke report and the sense of responsibility.The health departments should strengthen supervision and inspection.Carrying out the relevant budget is fundamental to improve the quality of reporting of infectious diseases.
