Objective:Based on the social ecosystem theory and the "iceberg model","onion quality model",this paper attempts to sort out the mapping relationship of Chinese medicine practitioner position competency model based on social ecosystem theory,and builds the influencing factor model of Chinese medicine practitioner position competency based on this.According to the logical relationship of qualitative comparison analysis,the internal mechanism of the interaction of multiple medical organizations'environmental factors and their role in the position of Chinese medicine practitioners is explored.Combined with qualitative analysis and empirical analysis of structural equations,the medical environment factors of individual medical organizations are deeply analyzed.The different influence mechanisms of the role and the combination of the roles of the Chinese medicine practitioners.Find out the need for different combinations of reasons for the outcome variables.Finally,the combination of conditions that affect the best factors for the competence of Chinese medicine practitioners is extracted,and targeted countermeasures are proposed to improve the competency of Chinese medicine practitioners.Methods:This article takes the Chinese medicine practitioners of the three-level comprehensive Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province as the survey object.Firstly,the literature index and expert consultation are used to determine the design of the questionnaire indicators and measurement items to ensure the scientific rationality of the questionnaire.Secondly,the questionnaire was used to collect 399 valid questionnaires.Thirdly,the SPSS22.0 software was used to verify the reliability and validity of the recovered scales.Then,the data was analyzed by fsQCA2.0 software.Qualitative comparative analysis is conducted to explore how the environmental factors of various medical organizations can be combined to maximize the competence of Chinese medicine practitioners,and find out the need for different combinations of reasons for the outcome variables.Next,the empirical analysis of structural equations of Chinese medicine practitioners' competency model is carried out by using LISREL8.70 software.Finally,the qualitative comparison analysis and the results of structural equations are compared and analyzed to verify the rationality of relevant theoretical assumptions.Results:Through the results of qualitative comparative analysis,it can be seen that:hospital soft culture,hard resources and school higher education are the real combination of conditions;hospital soft culture,school basic education and higher education are true combination of conditions,can lead to the improvement of Chinese medicine practitioners' knowledge and skills.And the combination of school higher education and hospital soft culture is a necessary combination for improving the knowledge and skills of Chinese medicine practitioners.School basic education,school higher education,hospital hard resources as a true combination of conditions;school basic education,hospital hard resources,hospital soft culture as a true combination of conditions,can lead to the improvement of self-efficacy of Chinese medicine practitioners.And the combination of basic education and hospital hard resources is a necessary combination for improving the self-efficacy of Chinese medicine practitioners.Hospital soft culture and school higher education are both true conditions;hospital soft culture,hard resources and school basic education are true combination of conditions;hospital hard hospitals,school basic education and school higher education are all true combination of conditions,which can lead to Improvement of humanistic literacy of traditional Chinese medicine.And the combination of school higher education and hospital soft culture is a sufficient condition for the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine humanities.The combination of basic education and hospital hard resources is a necessary combination for improving the traditional Chinese medicine humanities.Through the analysis of structural equations,it can be seen that:the initial 12 theoretical hypotheses,after the model is revised,7 are verified,and all the 3 new hypotheses based on the literature are verified.Among them,basic education has a total effect of 0.12 on humanistic literacy of Chinese medicine.Higher education has a total effect of 0.35 on knowledge and skills,higher education has a total effect of 0.32 on self-efficacy,and higher education has a total effect of 0.32 on humanistic literacy of Chinese medicine.Hospital hard resources has a total effect of 0.19 on knowledge and skills,a total effect of 0.34 on self-efficacy.The total effect of hospital hard resources on traditional Chinese medicine humanities is 0.The hospital soft culture has a total effect of 0.26 on knowledge and skills,a total effect of 0.08 on self-efficacy,a total effect of 0.35 on Chinese medicine humanities.In addition,among the three new hypotheses,knowledge and skills have a total effect of 0.32 on self-efficacy,a total effect of 0.67 on Chinese medicine humanities.Self-efficacy has a total effect of 0.4 on Chinese medicine humanities.Conclusions:The four basic medical organization environmental factors,such as school basic education,school higher education,hospital hard resources,and hospital soft culture,have a significant positive impact on the improvement of the competence of Chinese medicine practitioners when they are combined with each other,but some factors in the individual role The impact is not significant.Therefore,in the study of this complex social science problem,qualitative comparative analysis methods can be used to comprehensively consider the multiple concurrent causes and effects of multiple factors.Based on the comparative study of two empirical methods,this paper proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving the competency of Chinese medicine practitioners from the four basic medical organization factors,such as basic education,school higher education,hospital hard resources,and hospital soft culture.
