Gynecological diseases have a serious impact on women's physical and mental health. Gynecological disease will not only affect the health of women themselves, but also on the health of the newborn. If a woman has a certain gynecological disease, the probability of a newborn child to be infected with some congenital disease will increase. In addition, women suffering from gynecological diseases, premature birth, premature death, congenital malformations and the possibility of low birth weight will be greatly increased. Therefore, gynecological disease is not only a disease that is harmful to women's health, but also is a public health problem that affects family harmony and social development. This study was to study the prevalence of gynecological diseases and related influencing factors in a maternity hospital in Changchun, and to provide scientific reference for better prevention and control of reproductive system diseases in urban women.Objective:To describe the prevalence of gynecological diseases among women in a maternity hospital in Changchun City, Jilin Province, and to understand the characteristics of gynecological diseases and its influencing factors in a maternity hospital in Changchun City.Method:The survey included the general demographic characteristics of the subjects: sex, age, educational level, marital status, occupation, monthly income of family, etc; Living habits: smoking, alcohol consumption(Age at menarche, menopause, pregnancy times, births, abortion times, birth control measures, etc.) as well as previous gynecological examination and control of women's gynecological and reproductive health status, Disease history and so on. Routine examination including: gynecological examination, cervical cytology, pelvic color ultrasound, ultrasound, breast ultrasound, electronic vaginal examination, abnormal cases of patients with abnormal biopsy.The general characteristics of the subjects were doubling entried by Epidata 3.0 data, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0. The measurement data were expressed as M(Q) or((?) ± S), the count data were expressed by the constituent ratio, and the univariate and multivariate analysis were performed by chi-square test and multivariate unconditional logistic test respectively.Result:1 Among the 547 subjects, the average age was 39.69±7.87 years old, the young group(18-44 years) occupied the largest number of 400 people, accounting for 73.1%. The object of study, the study population with higher education, college/undergraduate and above the research object is 451 people(82.4%).2, The study population of menarche average age was 14.05±1.61 years; the average age of first sex was 24.33±2.69; the average age of first birth was late: 26.8±3.33 years, the prevalence of previous gynecological diseases was 45.5% which isrelatively high.3, Among the study population, the most amount were those who give birth only one child, a total of 407 people, accounting for 74.8% of all the women who have children; the research object take vaginal delivery for childbirth in 49.5%, the object of study of cesarean section delivery accounted for 50.5% of the producers, the higher the rate of cesarean section. Abortion times count once a the total number of 249 people, accounting for 45.77% of the previous pregnancy, abortion rate is high; the research object of contraception with IUD(44.2%) and condom use(41.3%).4, abnormal secretions(6.2%), and vaginitis(5.6%) were the most common causes of genital diseases.Breast hyperplasia(48.2%), breast nodules(12.8%), and mammary gland masses(5.4%) were the most common diseases of breast diseases.5, Prevalence and influencing factors of cervicitis: high degree prevalence rate was lower than the low education level: OR=0.732(95%CI:0.171-0.983), P=0.044; vegetarian diet 'prevalence rate is higher than the eating habits of meat collocation OR=5.571(95%CI:1.624-19.103), P=0.022.6, Prevalence and influencing factors of breast diseases: the middle age of morbidity compared with young group of high OR=2.819(95%CI:1.212-6.577), P=0.047; postmenopausal women suffering from breast disease probability than premenopause low: OR= 2.969(95% CI:1.242-7.094), P=0.016.Conclusion:1, Among the study population, education level of the subjects is high(82.4%), the first production age is elder(26.88±3.33), the rate of cesarean section is high(50.5%), and the abortion rate is high(45.8%);2, The prevalence of gynecological diseases in this study is the highest rate of cervicitis(22.1%), abnormal secretion(6.2%) andcolpitis(5.6%), breast disease incidence rate is the highest for breast hyperplasia(48.2%),thenmammary nodules(12.8%) and breast mass(5.4%);3, The main influence factors of cervicitis for education and eating habits; and the main influencing factors of breast disease are age and whether it is menopause or not...
