Study On Chronic Diseases Of Elderly People Over The Age Of 60 In Gaoxin Zone Of Changchun City

Objective:The prevalence and influencing factors of major chronic diseases in the elderly population aged 60 years and over in Changchun Gaoxin Development Zone of Jilin province in 2010-2016 years were described and analyzed,and provide reference for the relevant part of the control of chronic disease in elderly population.Methods:The data of 2010-2016 years old people aged 60 years and above were derived from the health records of Changchun hi tech Zone.The data were statistically analyzed by using Excel2003 software,and analyzed by statistical software.The data were analyzed by using the statistical software of SPSS21.0.Qualitative data were statistically analyzed using constituent ratio and rate,and qualitative variables were analyzed by Pearson chi-square test.Multivariate analysis was performed using two categories Logistic regression analysis.The test level was ?=0.05.Results:1.The prevalence rate of hypertension was 63.01% in the elderly population in Changchun hi tech Development Zone in 2010-2016 years;the prevalence rate of CHD was 48.41%;the prevalence of diabetes was 26.92%;the prevalence of dyslipidemia was 42.06%;the prevalence of stroke was 7.32%.2.A variety of chronic diseases coexist Changchun high tech Zone elderly population serious.Hypertension and diabetes prevalence rate was 20.49%;hypertension and dyslipidemia prevalence rate was 27.37%;hypertension and coronary heart disease prevalence rate was 33.12;dyslipidemia and coronary heart disease prevalence rate was 20.56%;diabetic dyslipidemia prevalence rate was 12.91%;diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease the prevalence rate was 13.59%;hypertension with diabetes and dyslipidemia prevalence rate was 9.97%;hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease prevalence rate was 10.92%;blood lipid abnormalities associated with hypertension and coronary heart disease prevalence rate was 14.66%.3.Gender(OR=1.125,p=0.033),age: 70~79(OR=1.720,p<0.001),aged 80 and above(OR=1.788,p<0.001),BMI:24~27.9(OR=1.456,p<0.001),aged 28(OR=2.404,p<0.001),exercise(OR=1.251,p<0.001),abdominal obesity(OR=1.398,p< 0.001)may be the high tech Zone of elderly people suffering from hypertension,Changchun risk factors;third types of occupation(OR=0.713,p<0.001)(OR=0.536,p=0.048),widowed,did not explain the marital status(OR=0.271,p=0.001),the basic medical insurance for urban workers(OR=0.687,p<0.001)may be a protective factor.4.Age 70~79(OR=1.288,p<0.001)(OR=5.623,p=0.021),divorce,unmarried(OR=1.531,p=0.026),BMI:24~27.9(OR=1.539,p<0.001),aged 28(OR=2.382,p<0.001),abdominal obesity(OR=1.160,p=0.031),exercise(OR=1.374,p<0.001)may be the risk factors of elderly population Changchun high tech Zone diabetes;the basic medical insurance for urban workers(OR=0.852,p=0.026),rural cooperative medical insurance(OR=0.698,p<0.001)may be a protective factor.5.Gender(OR=2.049,p<0.001),BMI:24~27.9(OR=1.248,p<0.001),aged 28(OR=1.345,p=0.001),drinking(OR=1.400,p<0.001),abdominal obesity(OR=1.320,p<0.001)may be Changchun high tech Zone elderly population risk factors of dyslipidemia.6.Gender(OR=1.415,p<0.001),age: 70~79(OR=1.475,p<0.001),aged 80 and above(OR=1.374,p=0.004)of abdominal obesity(OR=1.188,p=0.001)may be a risk factor for coronary heart disease in elderly population Changchun high-tech zone;third kinds of occupation(OR=0.576,p<0.001)(OR=0.217,p<0.001),widowed,unmarried(OR=0.680,p=0.035),did not explain the marital status(OR=0.097,p<0.001),the basic medical insurance for urban workers(OR=0.605,p<0.001),rural cooperative medical insurance(OR=0.449,p<0.001)and alcohol(OR=0.083,p= 0.013)may be a protective factor.7.Age 70~79(OR=1.303,p=0.001),aged 80 and above(OR=1.424,p=0.067),third types of occupation(OR=1.925,p<0.001)(OR=1.994,p=0.002),unmarried,rural cooperative medical insurance(OR=5.115,p<0.001)and other forms of insurance(OR=2.704,p=0.037)may be the risk factors of elderly people suffering from Changchun high tech Zone stroke;gender(OR=0.726,p=0.001)and exercise(OR=0.759,p=0.006)may be a protective factor.Conclusion:1.The high prevalence of chronic diseases in elderly people Changchun high tech Zone.2.Elderly people in Changchun high tech Zone are suffering from a variety of chronic diseases.3.Age,gender,overweight,obesity,abdominal obesity,and different forms of medical insurance are the main influencing factors of chronic diseases among the elderly population in Changchun hi tech Development Zone.
