Objective: The purpose of this study was to master the prevalence of four chronic diseases among residents in Changchun City,analyze the influencing factors,identify the weakness of chronic disease prevention and control,provide a basis for ruling effectively prevention strategies and intervention measures of chronic disease and provide baseline data for relevant work in Changchun City.Methods: The monitoring data of Changchun City in the "The national Hospital Data,monitoring Data and field investigation were verified the Prevalence of Chronic Diseases in 2018" project was used,and a multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling method was used to investigate 9658 residents above 15 years old in Changchun City.The research content included basic demographic information(gender,age,marital status,profession,education and annual income per capita.),behavioral factors(smoking,drinking,diet,and physical activity condition.),environmental factors(heating method,water supply method and fuel type fume.),four chronic diseases,etc.SPSS24.0 software was used to analysis,and the qualitative data was calculated by rate or composition ratio,c2 test was used for comparison between groups,and unconditional logistic regression method was used for analysis of influencing factors.Results: 1.The patients of hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,and stroke in residents of Changchun City was 880,419,314,and 211,respectively,and the prevalence was 9.1%?4.3%?3.2%? 2.2%,respectively.2.Among residents with hypertension in Changchun,different age groups(c2= 512.07,P<0.001),different marital situations(c2=145.31,P<0.001),and different professions(c2=55.71,P<0.001),Different educational level(c2=175.80,P<0.001),average annual income of different families(c2=100.79,P<0.001),different smoking status(c2=15.84,P<0.001),different drinking condition(c2=12.45,P<0.001),different sports situations(c2=6.37,P<0.001),different dietary habits(salt: c2= 6.54,P<0.001;whether to eat dairy products regularly: c2=17.51,P<0.001;Whether to eat vegetables regularly: c2=8.41,P<0.001),different living environments(heating mode: c2128.64,P<0.001;water supply mode: c2=45.21,P<0.001;Type of fuel use: c2=133.67,P<0.001;Oil fume condition: c2=80.97,P<0.001),family history(c2=73.33,P<0.001)had statistically significant difference in the prevalence of chronic diseases.3.Among residents with coronary heart disease in Changchun,different gen ders(c2=30.29,P<0.001),different age groups(c2=259.43,P<0.001),and differ ent marital status(c2=71.24,P<0.001),different profession types(c2=40.98,P<0.001),different educational levels(c2=116.87,P<0.001),average annual incom e of different families(c2=70.27,P<0.001),different smoking el use: c2=66.43,P<0.001;oil fume situation:c2=82.28,P<0.001),whether there was a family history(c2=40.86,P<0.001)had statistically significant differenc e in the prevalence of chronic diseases.4.Among residents with diabetes in Changchun,different age groups(c2= 150.36,P <0.001),different marital status(c2=32.69,P<0.001),and different profession types(c2=6.13,P=0.047),different education(c2=34.03,P<0.001),annual income per capita of different families(c2=22.93,P<0.001),different sports situations(c2=46.79,P<0.001),different lives environment(Heating method: c2=10.67,P=0.005;Type of fuel use: c2=11.01,P=0.001;type of fuel used:c2=10.71,P=0.005),whether there was a family history(c2=16.45,P<0.001)had statistically significant difference in the prevalence of chronic diseases.5.Among the residents with stroke in Changchun,different genders(c2=10.29,P<0.001),different age groups(c2=151.39,P<0.001),and different marital status(c2=32.93,P<0.001),different occupation types(c2=34.00,P<0.001),different education levels(c2=49.49,P<0.001),average annual income of different families(c2 =80.23,P<0.001),different smoking Condition(c2=13.31,P=0.001),different eating habits(salt salty:c2=16.59,P<0.001;whether you eat dairy products regularly: c2=10.03,P=0.007);whether you eat vegetables regularly:c2=19.42,P<0.001),different living environments(heating mode:c2=82.31,P<0.001;Water supply mode: c2=10.95,P =0.001;Type of fuel used:c2=56.94,P<0.001;Oil fume:c2=29.01,P<0.001)and whether there was a family history(c2=6.02,P=0.014)had significant differences in the prevalence of chronic diseases.6.High age and family history were risk factors for hypertension,physical activities and the type of fuel used such as natural gas or electricity were protective factors for hypertension;women,high age,few or more lampblack and family history were risk factors for coronary heart disease,physical activities was the protective factor of coronary heart disease;high age and family history were the risk factors of diabetes,Physical exercise and the use of gas or electricity were protective factors for diabetes;high age and heating mode were self-heating or no heating were risk factors for stroke,women and families with high annual per capita income and physical activities were protective factors for stroke.Conclusion: 1.The prevalence of hypertension was lower than the national average level in Changchun City.The main influencing factors included age,physical exercise,type of fuel used and family history.High age and family history were the risk factors of hypertension,while physical exercise and type of fuel used were the protective factors of hypertension.2.The prevalence of coronary heart disease was lower than the national average in Changchun.The main influencing factors included gender,age,physical exercise,lampblack and family history.Among them,women,high age,little or more lampblack and family history were risk factors of coronary heart disease.Physical exercise was the protective factor of coronary heart disease.3.The prevalence of diabetes was higher than the national average level in Changchun.The main influencing factors included age,physical exercise,type of fuel use and family history.The high age and family history were the risk factors of diabetes,and the type of physical exercise and type of fuel use or electricity were the protective factors of diabetes.4.The prevalence of stroke was lower than the national average level in Changchun,and the main influencing factors included gender,age,income,physical exercise and heating mode.The high age and heating mode were the risk factors of stroke,women and the high annual income of family and physical exercise were the protective factors of stroke.
