Methods:In this study, to investigate the breast cancer patients in postoperative chemotherapy in the Department of oncology and hematology and breast cancer surgery in a hospital in Changchun, by the general demographic data questionnaire(ethnic, age, educational level, family income, cultural degree, residence, family history, etc.), Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), self rating Depression Scale(SDS), psychological status rating scale(K10) consisting of a review of the questionnaire, on the basis of the consent of patients and their families, by the unified training of nursing staff face to face interview investigation. The collected information is processed, after verification, using Excel to establish the database and data entry, using SPSS21.0 for statistical analysis, measuring indexes were described by mean and standard deviation, t-test was used to the between grade compare and the norm, categorical variables to form a specific or rate description, comparison among groups used the chi-square test, the influencing factors were analyzed by single factor and multi factor non conditional Logistics regression analysis Results:(1)In this survey 159 cases were completed in total, the patient whose age between 30 to 49 years old accounted for 50.3%(80/159); the Han accounted for 94.3%(150/159); The objects of study with junior high school degree accounted for 37.1%(59/159); The percentage of the average monthly income Less than 1500 yuan was 41.5%(66/159) and between 1500~2999 yuan was 40.9%(65/159); 32.7%(52/159) of the patients in the job, unemployed patients accounted for 45.9%(73/159);86.8(138/159)patients were married, 86.8%(138/159)patients were irreligious; patients come from town accounted for 72.3%(115/159); Medical payment method of medical insurance accounted for 58.5%(93/159); 89.9%(143/159) of the patients without family medical history; 92.5%(147/159) patients did not do radiotherapy.(2)The 159 subjects of this investigation, a total of 77 people have psychological disease risk tendency(K10?25), the positive rate was 48.4%. The results of single factor analysis show that there was statistical significance in With or without family medical history of breast cancer of the positive rate of mental stress risk(P=0.033), while there was no statistical significance in age, ethnic, cultural level, per capita monthly income, work status, marital status, medical treatment charge payment, religion and whether or not to do radiotherapy and chemotherapy(P > 0.05). The results of logistic regression model showed that the risk of high stress in patients with family medical history was 0.254 times to patient without family medical history, indicating that family medical history was the protective factor of high risk tendency.(3)In the survey of the 159 research objects, the highest SAS scores was 79, the minimum was 30, the average was 50.79. There are 75 people had anxiety tendency(SAS score 50 points or higher), the positive rate was 47.2%. The analysis results show that there was statistical significance in per capita monthly income of family and positive rate of anxiety tendency in patients with breast cancer after operation(?2=9.524,P<0.05). There was statistical significance in whether or not to do radiotherapy and chemotherapy and positive rate of anxiety tendency in patients with breast cancer after operation(P=0.004). However, there are no statistical significance in the age, ethnic, cultural level, work status, marital status, medical expense payment method, family medical history and positive rate of anxiety in patients with breast cancer after operation(P > 0.05). The results of logistic regression model showed that the risk of family per capita monthly income of between 1500 yuan to 2999 is 2.815 times to below 1500 yuan, which suggested family per capita monthly income of between 1500 yuan to 2999 are the risk factors for anxiety.(4)In the survey of the 159 research objects, the highest SDS scores was 75, the minimum was 20,the average was 48.46. There were 61 people detection with depressive tendency(SDS score = 53) and the positive rate was 38.4%. The single factor analysis show that there are no statistical significance in age, nationality, education level, family income, work status, marital status, religious belief, residence, payment method of medical expenses, family medical history, operation time, this time for the first several chemotherapy and positive rate of anxiety in patients with breast cancer after operation(P > 0.05). Conclusion:The psychological stress level, depression tendency and anxiety tendency of breast cancer patients in chemotherapy after operatio is higher than the general population. There is no difference in K10 positive rate in patients with social demographic characteristics and anxiety risk; there was statistical significance in positive rate of depression in patients with family income level. Family medical history and per capita monthly income level are the influencing factors of the psychological health status of patients with breast cancer after surgery. We should pay attention to the psychological health of patients after breast cancer surgery, and actively carry out health education and psychological counseling, It is a great significance to improve the prognosis and the life quality of breast cancer patients.
