Objectives The purpose of this study was to summarize and sort out the current state of research on the psychological state of breast cancer caregivers at home and abroad,to understand its development and trends, and to provide references for future research. Methods Relevant literatures about the psychological state of breast cancer caregivers were screened and obtained by searching the PubMed.Embase, the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI(Chin a national knowledge infrastructure),Wanfang databases.etc.The Excel 201 6 software was used to sort data, and to generate related tables of high-yield countries,high-yield institutions, and the frequency of high-frequency keyword. The VOS viewer1.6.15 software was used to generate high-yield countries cooperation network map.clustering network map of high-frequency keyword and clinical trial research keywords, simultaneously to describe the distribution of evidence in the experimental research by bubble diagrams. Results A total of 143 relevant literatures on the psychological state of caregivers of breast cancer patients were eligible in bibliometrics and visual analysis.including 92 in English and 51 in Chinese. The number of articles published in English and Chinese showed an overall upward trend, especially grew rapidly between 2013-2014.Based on the relevant information of the first author who published English articles, the countries with more than five articles published were the United States(50 articles,54.35%),Sweden(eight articles,8.70%),Canada(seven articles.7.61%),and Iran(seven articles,7.61%),France(six articles,6.52%),China(five articles,5.43%),Italy(five articles,5.43%)and the United Kingdom(five articles.5.43%).The institutions with the largest number of publications in English are Michigan State University(five articles,5.43%),the University of North Carolina(five articles,5.43%),Karolinska Institute(five articles,5.43%)and Iran Medical University(five articles,5.43%):The institution with the largest number of Chinese publications was Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital(five articles,9.80%).The top three keywords in Chinese and English literature were breast cancer, caregiver, and quality of life.A total of Seventy-five clinical trial studies were included in the evidence map analysis,of which 63 articles were observational studies(84.00%).In the observational study, only 3 articles(4.76%)had a sample size greater than 300.In the experimental study,no case had a sample size of more than 300.The experimental study included 12 intervention methods and 12 outcome indicators,of which 10 articles(83.33%)included quality of life in the outcome indicators.Observational research included 23 kinds of outcome indicators, most of which focused on the quality of life of caregivers, burden of care and anxiety and depression. Conclusions The psychological state of caregivers of breast cancer patients has gradually attracted attention, but China has less cooperation with other high-yielding countries, and the sample size of relevant clinical trials is relatively small.the number of high-quality studies is also insufficient, and there are many types of outcome indicators.Intervention measures of psychological state is still in the trial and exploration stage,so it is necessary to strengthen the communication and cooperation of different groups and establish a set of relevant core outcome indicators and an intervention decision-making system, thereby improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients and their caregivers. Objective Anxiety and depression of family caregivers(FCs)of cancer patient have adverse effects on the quality of life, treatment compliance and prognosis of patients. At present, there is a lack of data on the psychological state of FCs of breast cancer patients receiving postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. This study aimed at investigating the incidence of anxiety and depression, the level of care burden and relative risk factors in FCs of breast cancer patients receiving postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods This was a prospective study.200 FCs of breast cancer patients, admitted to receive postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy at the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences from January 2018 to September 2019,were enrolled in this study.Once the subjects were enrolled, the general information of FCs and breast cancer patients were collected systematically. The general information of FCs included age, gender, educational level background,Marital state.etc.The data on breast cancer patients included age.occupation?educational level, marital state, fertility state and surgical treatment, etc. The hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)and Zarit burden interview(ZBI)were filled out within 24 h of the start of the first cycle of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Results Finally, available data from 191 FCs were analyzed in this study.with an effective recovery rate of 95.5%.The incidence rate of borderline and definite anxiety of FCs was 29.83%,meanwhile the incidence rate of borderline and definite depression of FCs was28.73%.The mean level of anxiety and depression in FCs were 5.77±3.69 and 5.27±3.82.respectively.The score of ZBI was 22.79± 12.13,among them.49.72%of FCS scored more than 20.The analysis showed that there were significant differences in anxiety among different groups according to the relationship between FCS and patients.the marital state of FCS.complicated chronic diseases of FCS.ZBI.the payment methods of Hospital charges of patients and educational level;there were significant differences in depression among different groups according to the marital state of FCS and ZBI;the payment methods of Hospital charges and ZBI were related to anxiety of FCS,and the marital state of FCs and ZB1 were related to depression of FCS.Conclusions Anxiety and depression among FCs of Chinese breast cancer patients at the beginning of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy are apparently relatively common and severe, warranting the attention of clinical medical staff. The assessment of the level of care burden.the payment methods of Hospital charges and the marital state of FCs are helpful to identify high-risk groups. Objectives Family caregivers(FCs)of breast cancer patients play a vital role throughout the treatment process.Anxiety.depression and psychological distress of FCs are common and often ignored.A simple and effective instrument for screening psychological distress would help in selecting those FCs requiring special attention and intervention. Here, the validity of distress thermometer(DT)in FCs of Chinese breast cancer patients receiving postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy was assessed. Methods 200 FCs of hospitalized breast cancer patients in this prospective cross-sectional descriptive study were recruited. Before the first cycle of adjuvant chemotherapy, the levels of anxiety and depression among FCs were assessed using DT and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).HADS was used as the diagnostic standard to assess the effectiveness of DT as a screening tool for anxiety and depression as well as to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of DT at various cutoff points. Results In total,191 valid cases were analyzed. The areas under receiver operating characteristic curves of DT for the screening of FCs' anxiety and depression were 0.904 and 0.885.respectively.A cutoff value of 5 produced the best diagnostic effects of DT for anxiety and depression. Conclusions DT might be an effective tool to initially screening for psychological distress and state among FCs of breast cancer. This process could be integrated into the palliative care of breast cancer patients and warrant further research.
