Objective:To explore the Let-7, the mi RNA-125 b, the mi RNA-145, mi RNA-21 and the mi RNA-155 expression in the breast tissue, and the relationship with breast cancer in women.Method: There are 49 cases, in which case group(breast cancer group) are 24 cases, control group are 25 cases(benign breast group). The time was used to collected cases was from October 2014 to October 2015. The case group was collected from Ningxia people's hospital about Ningxia new female patients with breast cancer. The control group was collected from the same period in the same hospital about women with breast benign disease. The uniform questionnaire was used for epidemiological investigation. The investigation content mainly includes the general demographic data, menstrual history, family history, lifestyle and family history of cancer and other breast cancer susceptibility environmental factors. Collect the breast tissue of the research objection in the same time. The size of the tissue is about 0.5cm*0.5cm*0.5cm. Use micro RNAs(TIANGEN) fluorescence quantitative detection method(AB7500) to detect the mi RNA expression. Use RT2 Profiler PCR Array Data Analysis version 3.5 and SPSS17.0 software to analyze micro RNAs differentially expressed, T-test and variance.Results: 1.The logistic regression analysis found that the cancer family history(OR = 2.045) is breast cancer risk factor, not menopause(OR = 2.137) may be the protective factors of reducing breast cancer.2. The difference of Let7 a and mi RNA–145's expression between case group and control group is statistically significant(P < 0.01). The expression of Let7 a and mi RNA-145 in breast cancer group is significantly lower compared with control group. The expression of mi RNA- 125, the mi RNA-155 and the mi RNA-21 has no statistical significance between the case group and the control group(P > 0.05).3. The expression of Let7 a and mi R-145 of patients with difeferent age is statistically significant(P = 0.001, 0.004).4. The breast cancer tissue's expression of Let7 a, mi R-125, mi R-155, mi R-21 and mi R-145 of patients in different clinical stages has no statistical significance(p > 0.05).5. The relative expression in breast cancer tissues of let7 a, mi R-125, mi R-145 in different group of ER, PR and HER-2 has no statistical significance. The relative expression in breast cancer tissues of Mi R-155, mi R-21 in different group of ER and HER-2 has no statistical significance, but it is different in different PR group(P = 0.009, 0.037).Conclusions: 1.There is lower expression in case group comparied with the control group about Let7 a the mi RNA-145. It may be play the role of tumor suppressor genes in breast cancer. The lower expression let7 a and of mi RNA–145 may be closely related to the process of breast cancer.2. The expression of mi R-155 and mi R-21 in breast cancer tissue with different degree of PR is different.The expression of mi R-155 and mi R-21 may be affected by the PR.3. The expression of let-7, the mi RNA-125-b, the mi RNA-145, mi RNA-21 and the mi RNA-155 in gland disease was not affected by environmental factors.
