[Objective] To study the difference between the age, histological types, tumor size, clinical stages, lymphatic metastasis, estrogenreceptor ( ER), progesterone receptor (PR), C-erbB-2 from different level expression of Ki - 67 in breast cancer.[Methods] Select the 76 cases of breast cancer medical record which have the outcome of Ki-67 from our hospital's Pathological examination to be object of study after 2008, according to the level of Ki-67,the object of study was divided to group I (Ki-67≤25%), group II (25% 50%).Then the clinical parameter of object of study were statisticed on the histological types, tumor size, clinical stages, lymphatic metastasis and estrogenreceptor ( ER) , progesterone receptor ( PR) , C-erbB- 2.And then summarize the differences between every clinical index of different level of Ki- 67 in berast cancer.[Results]1.There were correlation between the level of Ki- 67 expression and clinical stages, axillary lymphatic metastasis. There were not correlation between the level of Ki- 67 expression and the tumor size,age, estrogenreceptor ( ER) , progesterone receptor (PR) , C-erbB-2.2.The percent of stage III+IV is 7.1% on group I, the percent of stage III+IV is 26.7% on group II, the percent of stage III+IV is 50.0% on group III. Through the statistics there is a significant difference (P<0.05 ); the percent of axillary lymphatic metastasis is 28.6% on group I, the percent of axillary lymphatic metastasis is 63.3% on group II, he percent of axillary lymphatic metastasis is 77.8%% on group III, Through the statistics there is a significant difference (P<0.05 ). Therefore there were correlation between the level of Ki- 67 expression and clinical stages,axillary lymphatic metastasis. [ Conclusions ]High expression of Ki - 67 is the poor prognostic marker of breast cancer. High expression of Ki - 67 prompt that the tumor differential grade is lower,malignant grade is higher,infiltrate is stronger, it is more easier to matastasis.
