| Objective: Based on the clinical observation of the "rank edge pervious acupuncture method" in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,objectively evaluate its safety and efficacy,and provide an effective and safe basis for the "rank edge pervious acupuncture method" in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Method: The final samples collected in the Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and the Third Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanxi Province were included in 84 eligible subjects,and they were randomly divided into 42 cases each in the Zhibian Permeable Channel Group and the Western Medicine Group.The rank side permeable channel group adopts the "rank side pervious channel" acupuncture method,the main point: rank side permeable channel,acupoints: kidney yin deficiency with Zhaomen;kidney yang and yang deficiency with Zhaohai and Mingmen,3 times a week,4 weeks for 1 course,a total of 2 courses;the western medicine group took tibolone tablets,one tablet at a time,once a day,2.5 mg each time,for a total of 8 weeks.Collect MRS scores,MENQOL scores,and bake-off scores of patients before,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 20 weeks of follow-up.Collect serum LSH,LH,and E2 levels before and 8 weeks after treatment,and apply statistics.Analysis of these data.Results: 1.Comparison of MRS total scores: After 8 weeks of treatment in the two groups,the comparison in the two groups was P <0.05,indicating that both groups could improve the MRS score,and the comparison between the two groups was P <0.05.Water channel group;After 20 weeks of follow-up,the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,and the Chichibian pervious channel group was better than the western medicine group.2.Comparison of various dimensions of MRS scores: After 8 weeks of treatment,the two groups were better than the Zhibian pervious channel group in improving physical symptoms and psychological symptoms(P < 0.05).The waterway group was better than the western medicine group(P <0.05).After 20 weeks of follow-up,there was no significant difference between the Zhibian permeable channel group and the western medicine group in improving physical symptoms and psychological symptoms(P?0.05),and in improving urogenital symptoms.The rank side pervious channel group was betterthan the western medicine group(P <0.05).3.Comparison of the total MENQOL scores:After 8 weeks of treatment,the comparison between the two groups was P <0.05,indicating that both groups could improve the MENQOL score.The comparison between the two groups was P <0.05.Water channel group;After 20 weeks of follow-up,the comparison between the two groups was P <0.05,and the Chichibian pervious channel group was better than the western medicine group.4.Comparison of heating points: After8 weeks of treatment,the comparison between the two groups was P <0.05,indicating that the two groups can improve the heating points.The comparison between the two groups was P> 0.05.There was no significant difference in the western medicine group;after 20 weeks of follow-up,the comparison between the two groups was P <0.05,and the rank side permeation channel group was better than the western medicine group.5.Comparison of serum sex hormone levels: After two weeks of treatment in the two groups,the comparison in the two groups was P <0.05,indicating that both groups can improve serum LSH,LH,and E2 levels.Comparing the two groups,improving LSH and LH In terms of level,there was no significant difference between the two P> 0.05.In terms of improving the E2 level,the western medicine group was better than the Chichihide pervious channel group(P <0.05).6.Based on the MRS score,a comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups was obtained.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the percolation group in the rank side was 83%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 85%.After 20 weeks of follow-up,the total effective rate of the permeable channel group was 95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The comparison between the two groups was P <0.05.The effect of water channel group was better than that of western medicine group.Conlusion: Both the Zhibian permeable group and the western medicine group can improve perimenopausal symptoms and serum sex hormone levels,and improve the quality of life of perimenopausal women.After the 8 weeks of treatment,there is no significant difference in efficacy,but after 20 weeks of follow-up,Due to the long-term efficacy of acupuncture,the efficacy of the Zhibian Permeable Channel Group is better than that of the western medicine group,and it is safer than the western medicine group,and it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
