Objective By the method of randomized controlled trials, take different rehabilitation approaches to treat hand burn injuries in children, in order to compared that effectiveness and evaluate clinical value. And to study the treatment effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for children hand burns, to determine its efficacy is superior to a single set of rehabilitation therapy group. Provide experimental evidence for the clinical treatment of pediatric hand burn program.Methods In this study, according to inclusion and exclusion criteria selected pediatric patients which hospitalized with hand burns, treatment in Gansu Provincial People's Hospital or the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University Burn Department from January 2014 to January 2016. Randomly divided those patients to 5 groups, as ordinary bandage and pressure treatment(a group), exercise therapy(group B), physical factor therapy(group C), games and psychotherapy(group D), a Comprehensive rehabilitation(E group). Evaluation the hand wound itching, pain score situation by itching evaluation questionnaire? FLACC score table, FACE ladder scoring system after treatment 7days?14 days,?28 days. And use the Vancouver scar scale(VSS), hand Total active movement(TAM) ratings table to evaluation the hand wound scar growth and finger joint activity by after treatment 30 days?60 days?90 days. Compared the data of the control group(group A) with experimental group(group B, C, D, E), comprehensive rehabilitation group(E group) with a single set of rehabilitation therapy group(group B?C?D),using statistical analysis skills to evaluate the effectiveness of various rehabilitation methods.Results In this study, a total of 244 patients participate, including the control group(group A) 44 patients, exercise therapy group(group B) 54 patients, physical factor in the treatment group(group C) 49 patients, games and psychological treatment group(D) 48 patients, comprehensive rehabilitation treatment group(group E) 49 patients. Children with an average age of 6.18 ± 3.29 years, there are 126 males, and 118 females.(1) exercise therapy(group B), physical factor therapy(group C), games and psychotherapy(group D), comprehensive rehabilitation(E group) after treatment for 7 days, 14 days, 28 days, compared with the control group which itching, pain levels were reduced, and the statistical results were statistically significant(P <0.05).(2) exercise therapy(group B), physical factor therapy(group C), comprehensive rehabilitation(E group) in patients after treatment for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, scar formation compared with control group statistically significant(P <0.05). these three experiments evaluated on day 30 after treatment, patients finger joint activity statistical have no difference(P> 0.05), while in the first 60 days, 90 days evaluation of finger joint activity with significant difference(P <0.05).(3) games and psychotherapy(group D) in the first 30 days?60 days?90 days after treatment, scar formation and finger joint activity, are no significant difference(P> 0.05), evaluated with the control group.(4) comprehensive rehabilitation therapy compared with the remaining three were experimental group(group B, C, D group),after treatment 7 days?14 days?28 days, the hand wounds itching, and pain are no significant difference(P> 0.05), but after treatment for 60 days and 90 days, the scar formation and finger joint activity were significantly different, statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment for hand burns in children can promote the reduction of clinical symptoms, including exercise therapy?physical factors therapy?games and psychotherapy therapy, comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for the early rehabilitation of hand burned in children have a important role. Games and psychological treatment for post-exercise are lack of obvious effect. The clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation are ideal, and there are more prominent effect in the treatment of scars and scar contracture.
