Objective:Objective:To observe the effectiveness of acupuncture (acupuncture, moxibustion combined with fire needle therapy) rehabilitation of hand function in stroke patients. Proven acupuncture norms on the treatment of cerebrovascular disease and the method of right hand motor function and daily life in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Aims to explore a simple and effective method of limb dysfunction after stroke in order to reduce the stroke patients because of limited limb movement and the inconvenience of the future life, to explore the relationship between efficacy and the efficacy and duration. High morbidity in patients with stroke, upper limb function in the recovery process more slowly than the lower limb function to upper limb rehabilitation of hand function through this study as the study site, from the Chinese traditional medicine to find effective, economic, security, improvement in patients with hemiplegia hand function method provides experimental evidence to provide a basis to improve the quality of life of patients with hemiplegia and confidence. Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria for research purposes and subjects, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, a prospective, parallel-group, Stratified randomized clinical trial design, to meet the requirements of the60cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into2groups the use of acupuncture comprehensive therapy and conventional acupuncture treatment.5times a week, three weeks of continuous treatment, both groups have the nerve to routine medical treatment.Function hole side, which test group of30cases to the hand+fire needle therapy, treatment for three weeks, fire needle every other day three times a week, for a total of10times; control group of30cases the basis of acupuncture treatment.Main outcome measures:a simple wrist and hand motor function [14] score (FMA), compared with before treatment to increase the function score; evaluation point in time:3weeks1day-3days after the end of treatment. Condensed wrist and hand motor function score (FMA), including:wrist dorsiflexion, flexion, ring transfer movement, finger Group buckling, finger Group dorsiflexion, hook grip, lateral pinch, score12points, higher scores indicate that wrist and hand function better. Secondary outcomes in patients with activities of daily living (barthal index), the evaluation point in time:after3weeks of treatment of1day-3days after treatment3months follow-up.3months after treatment condensed wrist and hand motor function score.Results:1.Comparable in the two groups of patients with baseline data, including gender, age, disease duration, neurological deficit (P>0.05). Simplified Fugl into the group before meyer motor function and daily functional ability score of experimental group and control group difference was not statistically significant.2.Evaluation of the primary outcome measures:two groups of patients three weeks after the Fugl a meyer motor function score increased to a certain extent, compared with before treatment, a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).3.Evaluation of the secondary outcome measures:two groups of patients three weeks, and activities of daily living score, follow-up in March and after treatment in March Fugl a meyer sports scores before treatment have improved, the difference was statistically significance (P>0.05).4.Two groups of patients after treatment, life skills score (P>0.05) significant difference in the whole, the experimental group score higher than that in the control group; two groups of patients after the Fugl a meyer sports function score (P<0.05). a significant difference. Results suggest that the combination therapy of acupuncture on rehabilitation of hand function of hemiplegic stroke patients have a certain effect.Discussion:Test and control groups after3weeks of treatment, compared with treatment of hemiplegic stroke patients with activities of daily living and motor hand functional ability improved after acupuncture therapy in patients regardless of hand motor function level and activities of daily living score control group treatment of flip motor function score with the control group three weeks after the score difference. Conclusion, acupuncture therapy compared with conventional textbooks of acupuncture therapy to improve stroke wrist and hand movement better efficacy.
