Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined With Hand Function Rehabilitation Training On Postoperative Rehabilitation Of Patients With Traumatic Hand Injury

Objective: Objective to explore the clinical rehabilitation effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with hand function rehabilitation training in hand trauma patients.Methods:87 patients with hand injury were randomly selected in our hospital from March 2015 to October were divided into control group,43 cases,44 cases in the treatment group,the control group received conventional treatment,namely after debridement in patients given antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drug treatment,at the same time with the hand rehabilitation training,do not use traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment group;the conventional treatment,and the use of Chinese medicine fumigation with method of rehabilitation of hand function rehabilitation training,including traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with 37,safflower,frankincense,myrrh,Lycopodii,each 15 grams,2000 grams of water,boil for 20 minutes after the fumigation.Results : The recovery rate of the control group was 65%(= 28/43)in the treatment group,and the recovery rate of the treatment group was 84%(=37 /44).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in hand trauma patients was significant.
