Meta-analysis Of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy After Stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome Treatment

Objective:to shoulder hand syndrome is one of common complications after stroke. The disease commonly used treatment for drug and routine rehabilitation, including the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy alleviate hand the action such as edema, skin temperature, can be treated from two aspects of local and overall, and is easy to operate, curative effect is distinct, belongs to the green therapy. Through the literature retrieval, found that the use of modern evidence-based medicine to study is less, in order to further analyze and to evaluate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy to treat shoulder hand syndrome, this study adopts the Meta analysis of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for this disease do retrospective analysis of clinical literature, make a comparison of clinical curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for objective evaluation, and clinical application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for the future to provide reliable basis.Results:this article through to1990-2012published in domestic all kinds of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy to treat shoulder hand syndrome clinical randomized controlled trial study, applied the Jadad score literature screening process, analysis based on the Review of Cochrane collaboration with Manager4.2software. Analysis literature for21articles into the Meta analysis result, the JADAD score, as domestic researchers did not strictly according to the request of the Cochrane collaboration organization of literature evaluation research literature, as a result, the quality of literature are not too high. Literature has accumulated cases1993cases. According to different interventions, can be divided into four groups for analysis, with19references are used, the analysis results show:the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with conventional drug treatment efficacy odds ratio (OR) value of8.60,95%confidence interal [4.77,15.51], P<0.05difference was statistically significant, the difference was statistically significant, acupuncture combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment benefit ratio (OR) is8.83,95%confidence interal [5.93,13.14], P<0.05difference was statistically significant, OR comprehensive rehabilitation combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment benefit ratio6.01,95%confidence interal [3.55,10.15], P<0.05difference was statistically significant, psychological therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation efficacy odds ratio (OR),95%confidence interal,10.84[5.41,21.72], P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Because the other two different interventions, it is not a Meta analysis.Conclusion:comprehensive rehabilitation therapy to treat shoulder hand syndrome after stroke; Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with conventional drug treatment is better than that of simple routine medication and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation training is better than simple rehabilitation training, acupuncture therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation training is superior to the simple routine rehabilitation training and psychological therapy combined with conventional rehabilitation training is superior to the simple routine rehabilitation training; Comprehensive rehabilitation training is still need large sample, multicenter, high standards of clinical randomized controlled trials to supplement the analysis.
